Salinas Tires

Alarm works when it wants to,unlocks at its will. Radio wizzes and resets as it wants. Items were damaged in installation that has never been fixed.
Had almost $*** in items done to my truck. Issues: Alarm, Radio and items that were damaged.
Ii have taken back my truck 7 times. And nothing ahs been resolved. Radio resets out of no were, no volume, wizzes. I have to use my key to open my truck because the alarm will not disengage and need to start the truck so the alarm does not go off. This also happens when it feels like it. They refuse to fix even though we have recorded and showed them the video. they want it to happen to them. We have also been accused by the owners son *** that we are doing this on purpose. I was completely offended and refuse to speak to this person again. you do not run a shop on accusing the people that bring you work and money. We have spoken to the owner and he also refuses to do anything since it wont happen when we are standing there with him. I have never been so distraught by trying to better my truck. They damaged the glove compartment and the back left passenger door switch. I had to put in a panel that landed on my daughter that had fallen on her that they also did not put in right. This was suppose to be a good thing and has turned into a night mare. I would NEVER send someone to this place. they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL ....

On June 5th, 2017, Salinas Tires in Whittier, CA authorized a fraudulent sale of tires and financing via Snap Finance for $*** ($92 twice a month).
Although I do not have the originally paperwork documentation because I was not present at the time of sale and when I attempted to contact the company today an employee accused me of lying, but I do have original correspondences with Snap Finance when the account was initiated, as well as, when I informed them that I did not authorize the charges. I did not pursue legal matters sooner due to being in an abusive relationship and the gentleman I spoke to from *** was utterly rude and unprofessional.
