[I got little or no response to my last message! I would also like to clarify something you said in the message prior to this one You stated I had not purchased any propane since December of That is not true, I made purchases on 8/16/2016, and 6/11/(my check # ***, ***)As a matter of fact I have paid Roby's $since the account was openedI think that probably paid for the tank and then some. Please show me where in any contract, rental agreement, lease agreement, or in any other legal document where you give notice that when and if purchases of propane fall below a certain level, then you have the right to charge a rental fee That would have to be a document dated before April 27, 2017in order to be validI wont wait long because I am sure no such document exists Every other business I deal with sends ample notice, when and if some conditions of the agreement will change, that notice ranges from 30-days All of them give me the option to opt out if I do no like the pending changesYour notice was 1, (one) day, and I was never given the opportunity to "OPT out"I have no intention of paying a rental fee I have no intention in resolving this complaint until such time, I get satisfactory answers in writing, via the Revdex.com message systemI have had to many rude or belligerent phone conversations with your office staff to trust any of this matter to a phone call

Mr*** has not purchased gas from Roby's since December of 2015. We are a business and expect to be able to make a profit on our equipmentWe don't loan equipment to customers who don't buy gas from usIn order to turn a profit on equipment that is not being used we charge a rental fee
We have over three hundred customers who pay this rental fee and it's never been an issue.We will pick up our propane tank as soon as we have permission to do soUntil then it will remain on a monthly rental feeAny balance will be deducted from the value of the gas remaining in the tank at the time of removalA refund check will be cut after the tank is in our possessionWe have not ever and will not refund cash.Please feel free to contact our office if you require any additional information

The balance on this account goes back to June of We have sent a statement every month, several past due notices, made phone calls that have gone unreturnedWe also left a shut off notice on the door on 2/24/There was not one response to any of these attempts to collect the balance
until the gas was shut off.The balance due is $plus a service fee of $to turn the gas back on

[I believe I explained my reason(s) for not using any propane since 2015, but perhaps you didn't read the text I sent in the complaint. All things considered, you could have done something about that, but your staff elected to pass the buck, and refer me to the manufacturer.  Less than helpful is the only term that comes to mind.  Based on past experience, it is your usual and customary approach to customer service. I have a serious issue with receiving one days notice before you implement your "Monthly Rental Fee". I have similar issues with you assigning a Monthly rental fee, when on annual basis it exceeds the reasonable value of the tank. When I receive a reply from you that in some way shape or form explains the outrageous business practice (s), I will be happy to schedule the removal of the tank. Those practices include ignoring email, and registered letters from a customer. I made an alternative offer in my original text. You can ignore it or accept it, either way is fine with me. It was my one an only attempt at concessions, in spite of the fact I am the aggrieved party. I have no intention of paying a monthly rental fee, especially in light of the one day notice! And I have no intention of doing business with Roby's again.

I never charged a (gas grill) propane tank refill to my Roby's account, I paid by check on two occasions, and I have the cancelled checks. Your statement was that I hadn't purchased any propane since December of 2015. No matter how you look at it its wrong. But none the less, Please make sure your staff heeds my instructions, they will not pull the truck into my driveway, and I will need a receipt for the tank before they leave.

Who does that?  Hangs up on a customer because you ask their name? If you read what I did last night on yelp maybe you will see an example of what I mean   There is now law against human decency, it's winter for Gods sake

We will be there to pick up the tank today. You did not get any deliveries after December of 2015. The one and only purchase you made was to fill your gas grill tank which you charged to your Roby's account. That had nothing to do with the tank on your property.
