Who does that? Hangs up on a customer because you ask their name? [I believe I explained my reason(s) for not using any propane since 2015, but perhaps you didn't read the text I sent in the complaint. All things considered, you could have done something about that, but your staff elected to pass the buck, and refer me to the manufacturer. Less than helpful is the only term that comes to mind. Based on past experience, it is your usual and customary approach to customer service. I have a serious issue with receiving one days notice before you implement your "Monthly Rental Fee". I have similar issues with you assigning a Monthly rental fee, when on annual basis it exceeds the reasonable value of the tank. When I receive a reply from you that in some way shape or form explains the outrageous business practice (s), I will be happy to schedule the removal of the tank. Those practices include ignoring email, and registered letters from a customer. I made an alternative offer in my original text. You can ignore it or accept it, either way is fine with me. It was my one an only attempt at concessions, in spite of the fact I am the aggrieved party. I have no intention of paying a monthly rental fee, especially in light of the one day notice!
