Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.It's regrettable that the person answering the phone isn't as concerned with customers as the person answering the Revdex.com complaintI shouldn't have to resort to the Revdex.com to even be able to communicate with a business - hanging up on someone is never acceptable, and because of that I will still refrain from ever giving them my businessI do hope sufficient training is provided in response to this so that future recipients to their mass mailings don't receive the same treatment I did.For the business, I'd recommend looking into the Direct Marketing AssociationThey maintain a list of people who don't appreciate being harassed at home, and subscribing to their list would save the business and community members both time, money, and aggravation.Regards, [redacted]
