Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The business did not address the issues I complained about the owner drove the truck and I asked him personally to inspect it he should have known that the odometer does not work or the heater didn't work or the high beam light didn't work or at least he should have cleaned cleaned the truck before shipping he didn't inform me of none of that not even clean the truck YES the truck is I don't know where he came up with may be I made mistake on the complaint but the owner should have been more honest about the description of the truck his description on Craigslist is vague does not mention nothing about the operation of this truck and what work and what doesn't I have the complete Craigslist description that's why I asked him personally to drive the truck and let me know of any issues this is legitimate complaint and I intend to keep it and stick to it thanksSincerely,*** ***
