We were not the owner of this vehicle as we were the in between for a customer that owned the vehicleWe did some work on this vehicle for the other customer and informed the new owner that we installed a valve body in the transmission and it was shifting fine at this point we told the customer to
take it for a drive and see what he thought he said he wanted the carThe customer then had it towed in about weeks later the car had overheated due to a coolant pipe breaking and overheated the transmission causing internal damage customer stated they had driven the vehicleIt is hard for me to pay for these repairs when it wasn't even my vehicle and we made no money on the vehicleI know this is a bad deal for the customer I would be willing to repair the vehicle for cost to help them outwe were already doing the repairs at a discount my cost to replace the transmission with a used transmission and to fix the coolant leak would be about $

Contacted Customer and we got everything resolved we are refunding him his bake work and replacing his leaf blower
