VERY DISAPPOINTED, and DO NOT recommendLast year, I was advised to try allergy dropsI picked up a vial, and when it didn't work for me, I chose not to re-orderI never signed any paperwork agreeing to order any more vials, and I never verbally agreed to order more vialsLo and behold, I started getting billed $280-$for remaining vialsAfter much back and forth with the office staff, the staff claimed that I was told that the vials were blended as part of a batch, and I was expected to pay for the whole batchI was never even given these extra vials, and I was never told that they were blended as part of a batchI was never told about any of this ahead of time After much more back and forth between the office and the billing company, I was then directed to mail a certified letter to DrAexplaining the matter and requesting that the bill be cancelledHe never responded, but I then stopped receiving bills, so I thought the matter was resolved Today, I received a letter indicating that the bill was sent to collectionsNaturally, I will pay this now, because I value my good creditI don't want this to create a blemish on an otherwise excellent historyHowever, I think it is a poor practice for an office staff to not tell you about an additional charge, not present you any documentation indicating an additional charge, not obtain any signatures from you authorizing an additional charge, and not deliver the product that caused the additional charge My issue is not with DrA., because he was fantasticMy issue is with the office staff Ladies, I hope the $you will receive is worth itI will be sharing this story on other outlets
