We did receive the complaint from *** On 5-16-we did replace the order*** has called us twice to thank us and tell us that the flowers lasted so longI phoned her this afternoon to make sure everything was re-delivered to her satisfaction and she said she was very happy! The
issue has been resolved and we have a very happy recipient of a bouquet of flowers from Sally's FlowersWe apologized to her if someone was rude when she called and that her flowers were wiltingWe have extra holiday help and so many flowers that all we can do is apologize and make the order rightWe are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused
