I have been overwhelmed trying to care for him and bring him back to health! I told the customer I would grind the stump in the wall when I could, even though I believe it wasn't part of the job and I will, but my grandson comes first! I am rejecting this response because:Robert S[redacted] continues to not give me a date and time in which he will complete the job of grinding the stump.  I will be satisfied when the job is complete.  Robert has done work for us in the past two times without a problem  Most recently, he cut our trees last fall and neglected to grind the one remaining stump.  Clearly, he misunderstood.  We called him after the winter weather to get him to complete the job and he did say he didn't know he was to do it but agreed to do it.  However, weeks and weeks passed without him coming back to complete the job.  Early July, he did answer the phone and gave me a date of the 'end of next week.'  After that time, he still did not do the work.  He once again, after many calls, answer my call and sadly told me the news of his grandson.  Obviously, family first!  After two weeks I called many times with no answer.  I called for several weeks and received zero communication from him.  I left a message every time.  I left a final message that if he did not call me back I would be forced to contact the Revdex.com.  My understanding from the Revdex.com is that they too had no answer from him.  I am very happy to hear from him today and I very much hope his grandson is OK.  I would never have contacted Revdex.com if I had heard from him that he was still held up due to family issues.  Now at this time, I'm awaiting confirmation that he will come back to complete the job as agreed upon.  I'd like a deadline and I'd like him to stick to his word.  ###-###-####
