This place has turned into an absolute JOKE! I take my push mower in on 12/7/15 because it won’t start; they charge me $41.29 for a diagnostics fee right at the drop off, and say that it goes towards the cost of fixing the mower. I was told I would get called to confirm the problem and if it would cost more to get the OK and whatnot. The 15th rolls around (8 days later) and I get no phone call about the problem or update, so I call them at 14:17 on 12/15 and ask what’s up with the mower, and after a second of being on hold, wouldn’t you know it, it just happened to be on the board for repair that day and they are going to get to it in about an hour or so! Happens to be the same day the charged my card for the $41.29 too.
They did it originally but the charge pending on my account went away because they did not verify it so it looked as if they never had my card, until the day I called then it posted to my account all the sudden. So the call me about 3 hours later and tell me it fixed and ready for pick up. I go to pick it up on 12/21 and ask about the dry rot house and they say nothing is rotten. I then show them and they agree its dry rot. [redacted], did any one do anything besides spend 2 minutes on this mower! I thought part of service and diagnostics was to include any and all possible problems. That is what the point of calling me was for, but again that never happened. So we have the $41.29 for the diagnostic then the bill when I picked up the mower says $4.99 spark plug, $38.50 for labor $12.87 for cleaning the carb. I paid total of $50.40, so I don’t even know how they came up with the bill that way.
When I picked it up they charged me another $9.11 for the spark plug, other materials and tax. The way I see it, they charged me $50 bucks to change the spark plug, because they [redacted] sure didn’t inspect anything to have missed the dry rot gas hose. The final straw, it was raining the day I picked it up and they didn’t even have the professionalism to help me load it into the back of my truck! I had to pick it up myself! These people are only looking for the all mighty dollar and customer services is none the less an absolute JOKE!
