Business rejected to check cameras, but bike was taken by member of staff and I have even witnessIn case bike is stolen company has to report bike was stolen as it`s their property, so police could have right to check cameras on streets, but it wasn`t done by business which is very unfair towards clientPlus in case bike will be found they can not identify was it my bike or someone`s else as they issue same registration number to each customer when giving out the bikes, in this case they dont have right to charge me at all.Regards, ***

First a fall I havent been on even a tour as guide took bike which was suppo sed to be mine before tour have started so I havent used serviceThe check states same register number for all bikes, so they can not identify bike which was mine or notI would like to get full refund as I havent used service plus this company shall report bike stolen if they charged me but they havent done itSo we can check cctv and prove what really happened as company doesnt want to do it it proves that they doing business unfairly. The customer has signed up for a guided bike tour and she checked in our store location and she was given to a receipt to get a bikeOur staff has given her a bike to join the tour and show her where the tour startsBy her leaving the bike unattended resulted in the bike getting stolen. Based
on our tour guide's story: Everyone had their bike and they started riding the bikes to the park and by the time they got to the park one of them got their bike stolenThey said "they stopped on their way to buy a bottle of water and the bike was stolen"They kept changing their story over and overAt the end they were given a bike and the bike wasn't returnedThe customers are fully responsible for the equipment given.We are sorry that it happened to them but we just followed our guidelines

The bike was stolen outside of our store front and checking our cameras will not do anything for the stolen bike.

The customer were advised not to take the bikes out on a rainy day and our store closing time is 5pm. So they had to return the bikes before our closing time. Our store closed at 5pm and the customer tried to return the bikes at 545pm and our warehouse employees were outside of the store waiting by...

chance and they took the bikes back from them and placed them on our warehouse. Since the store was closed they had to come back next day to pay their dues and get their ID back. In our store other than management and front desk employees, no one else has access to the IDs. Also ID was Australian Driver license and the customer could use their passport to conduct their other activities. There will be no apology for this matter.

his/her bike before leaving the shop to ensure the bike is comfortable, properly fitted and in good working order. Our staffs are trained to give the locks "LOCKED and the key given to the customers in hand". The only option if the key was in the bucket and we didnt have an extra key. It is the company policy for the not return equipment to be charged the fees. You bikes wasnt returned on time so you had to pay for the overtime. Anyways we dont want you to remember as a bad experience and so we would like to offer you two complimentary bike rentals for full day which will not expire. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again in the future!
