This business needs to place the wording on the sign to state dry hair only and not trick people who come in thinking they are getting a haircut for $5.99 then once the cut I done get charged more.  Its called bait and switch what they are doing and its not good business practice.  This business also contacts customers by phone asking for positive reviews to be placed on YELP. They harass people by phone and that should stop as well.
