I am writing this on behalf of my year old daughter who went to this company to have her hair done When she and her mother walked in they were told that the service she requested would be about $to which at that price they agreed to have the service done (had it been much more they would have gone somewhere else) Her mother left with that understanding (FYI - No prices are displayed in the store) The service was provided and several other things had to be done while she was there and during the whole process there was no mention of anything price difference/increase or extra charges When the whole process was done the total that was charged was over $($more than what was quoted!)
To be clear we are not questioning the service but the charge I feel that she was taken advantage of and with no prices posted and no verbal indication that it would be more than what was quoted I am questioning this business practice and requesting a refund of the over cha
