happened durning a phone call to request your third appointment with us, this shows me that it is not an actual issue with our product or serviceWhen you harshly declined our consultation request, we did politely offer you a no-consultation appointment, this too was declinedWe have since received many threatening emails and you have even attempted to slander myself, my business and staff under names using *** images and claiming them as your ownThese have since been removed by the platform themselves as they hold no truth or value to their audiencesYour request for a refund of $is also strange as your hair extension service, which you have had no complaint about since when you received the service, had a total of $850? If you feel it is necessary to take legal action please feel free to do so as we are confident in the services given to you as well as the customer service offeredWe wish you the very best in your future and hope you can find a salon that satisfy your needs

If you have any legitimate claims or issues other than being upset about us asking for a consultation please request our appearance in court. We are busy tending to our clients. Thank you again for your input.

[redacted]I would like to see proff of these images you claim because that is a flat out lie again by this woman! NO one EVER asks for a consultationfor roots retouched when already done by the salonas THAT IS WHAT I ALREADY HAD AN APPT FOR TO RESCHEDULE NOT EXTENSIONS! ONE FELL OUT THAT WAS ALL that I mention regarding them! She also NEVER offered a no consolt appt as I never called there about my extensions! The rest of the money that makes the 1300 is the hair dye, coloring, highlight and waste of money tips that I now have to go elsewhere for and for extentions that are a waste that can not be restrung get your fats straght please before responding with more lies!
