She actually paid me $by check. It was check #***. I do not have record of what or how she tipped me. So forgive my mistake about that. I offered to change the color of her highlights for FREE MULTIPLE times and she is aware of that! This angers me that she is saying that I didn't offer to do that. That is the reason I would not give her money back because I offered to change it - even after weeks! That is why her argument will never stand up in courtShe still has not proven to me that she tried to contact me for weeks prior to her calling the salon. Why did she wait weeks to contact the salon if she truly couldn't get a hold of me? It's ludicrous and completely unfair. Sadly I am the victim in this situation because I have gone above and beyond the call of duty here. I have been nothing but kind and fair to her. Believe me, it would be so much easier to just pay her $than to deal with this. But its the principle of it. I refuse to be bullied and back down because of her outlandish claims. Again, if she can prove that she texted me during those three weeks and I did not respond then I am happy to give her her money back Also, I have no idea why she would be afraid of me messing it up?? I have been doing hair for years and asking questions is part of the consultation. She took that as me being not sure of what I was doing? It doesn't even make sense. My theory is she came in hoping to get another color totally for free because she had 1/of new growth (gray) showing. And when I asked her if she wanted her roots touched up, because that would be a charge, she got mad and left my chair and the salon. I offered to change the color of her blonde for free not give her a completely new color for completely free. Again it had been more than a month since she was in the first time

What I normally do is pay with my debit card and give a cash tip I gave her a $10 tip for my hair.And when my hair was done I told her it was very brassy and I was not sure if I liked it and she looked at me and said she did. I said it was such a huge difference and it wasn't subtle as I wanted it to be but I would go home thinking I would get used to itThe next morning, I sent her a text stating I did not like it and asking her what she could do about it.She was on vacation and then lost her phone which I did not know when I continue to text her she never receive my text. I just liked my hair so much that I called the salon and complain about her not contacting you back. When you're spending close to $200 on your hair and the stylist doesn't care one where the other if you like the way it is there's a problem there.She never once offered to redo the hair for Free . When I finally got to see her all she kept saying is my roots are showing and she would have to charge me. I didn't mind paying for her to do the work I just wanted my hair right but I'll she was concerned about was making money after I invested close to $200 on my hair and not liking it for a month. I text her the day after and never hit a rep done . I then text her 3 more times before I contacted her salon manager I usually don't complain but I hated all the [redacted] in my hair ... I have an olive skin tone and the [redacted] just really drug my face down I hated it I did text her the day after and several times in the next two weeks and she never responded.The only time she did respond however is when I called her boss and complained to the salon manager and then she contacted me. She only  works part time so she has limited scheduling. It's very frustrating to have your hair looks so ugly and have to live like that . When I did come in she kept saying I just don't know what to do I just don't know what to do. I was very scared that she would mess it up more so I left. After I left I text her once I calmed down and told her I wanted a refund. I went to the salon for a service and was not happy with it when I did finally get in there to see her she didn't fix the problem and treated me as if I was a inconvenience to her that's why I requested a refund
