Ms. [redacted] was a tenant at Salon and Spa Galleria and she did move out after her contract expired.  Ms. [redacted] paid her weekly rent by ACH; pulling the rent from her bank account automatically.  She is correct that we did oversee removing her from the ACH list and a debit of her account...

was made after she moved out.  Once we realized the mistake we cut her a check for the amount we debited and another check for the overdraft fees she uncured for our error.  This all happened over a holiday weekend delaying the mail and in turn delaying the time it took Ms. [redacted] to receive the checks.  If we looked at the postmark on the envelope it would show we did mail the checks in a timely manner.It is unfortunate that we made the error and we have apologized to Ms. [redacted].  I have heard from her, she has received both checks and I believe all of her accounts have been made current.
