Yesterday I went to Salon Azure to get my hair died. After spending 3 hrs in the salon I left with a color I was not happy with and patches in my head. Asking for a refund of my money I was told that it had to be approved by the owner who would be in later today. After not receiving a return call back I was told that the manager was not in and they don't know when he'll be in. I was also told nothing could be done to resolve my issue until the owner returned. I am very upset about the service I received and the terrible customer service. My issue hasn't been taken seriously and no one has showed any interest in resolving the problem.

Refund I would like a refund of my money.
We have reviewed this complaint and have found some discrepancies.
1.) Following salon policy, which is located on our website, we returned your call and brought her into the salon for a complimentary follow-up.
2.) Guest chose to do an at home correction, after originally canceling her original follow-up appointment.
3.) We reached out to her and still offered to correct the color that was done by her at her home. We explained the consequences of this action, and that she would not be able to receive the results that she had originally wanted at this time.
4.) We gave her another complimentary follow-up, which she canceled. Guest would not take any of our calls regarding the service.
5.) As with any business, we try to reach back to all guests in a timely manner. One business day was allowed by this guest before a public complaint was issued. This occurred prior to her coming back for her follow-up.
