I visited this salon for highlights and color of my hair, and my hair was absolutely botched and ruined to where I had to get it fixed somewhere else.
On October 2nd, I went to Salon Blu to get highlights done to my hair during my birthday. I had the stylist ***, and he did the absolute opposite of what I asked. He charged me $230 to throw some uneven and terrible-looking highlights into my hair. The next day I was self-conscious, so I went to *** to my dad's stylist and had it fixed. She took many pictures and described how terrible my hair looked and how this stylist had no idea what he was doing. She completely fixed it and it now looks better than ever. And she ALSO stated that she has had customers come to her salon to fix HIS mistakes before. Which means he is not performing to the quality that he should be. It cost me $230 at Salon Blu for some blonde highlights and a haircut, whereas at BLO, I got a full color, glaze, haircut, and full highlights for the same price. I have reviewed this business poorly on ***, ***, and ***, and I plan to continue to berate them until they agree to give me a FULL REFUND.
Refund. I want my entire refund back because it cost me $230 at salon Blu, and $200 at Blo. Yes, they offered to give me HALF of a refund ($130) and said that I could have came in and gotten it fixed for free by someone else, but the fact that this stylist *** has messed up many of his client's hair, to where they have also went somewhere else to get it fixed, made me not want to re-visit this salon for another inexperienced stylist to fix my hair. This has been a lengthy process with my credit card company (***) trying to prove how terrible my hair turned out.
This guest informed Salon Blu that she was getting her credit card credited for full amount of $230 by her bank so Salon Blu did not refund her. Having it processed as a charge back by her bank removed the funds from Salon Blu's bank account. This situation was resolved.
Very unhelpful and unprofessional front end people!! Comments so offensively and just cares for the money!! No professional attitude and racist behavior!! And if by any chance you go back to make it right they just display everything to the upper management completely wrong and in lie way!! CANT DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF BIG NAME PLACE AND ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION VALUE
