Salon Brookfield

I purchased a package of 3 body wraps from this salon. Prior to purchasing them, I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who informed me that I had to use the first wrap prior to the expiration date on the package, but that the other two could be used at any time. I went to the salon and used the first wrap prior to the expiration date as instructed. While I was there, the girl at the desk confirmed this. When I called to make a second appointment, I was told that I would not be able to use the other wraps as they had expired. In a nutshell, the girl that I spoke to, [redacted] was extremely rude (she even asked my age) to the point where she insinuated that I was lying. When I asked to speak to the owner of the salon [redacted], she told me that he was not in, she didn't know when he would be in, and that there was no other phone number at which to reach him. I asked her if she could tell me the salon ' s number , but she told me that she did not know it. She then said to me "Don't you even remember what number you dialed?" All in all this was an unpleasant experience almost to the point of being humiliating; And still remains unresolved.
