RevDex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Regards, [redacted] We held off on releasing the records until treatment was complete. Treatment is now complete as we had to put the dog down -- we consulted with the vet and decided it was the most humane thing to do for our little guy. I called right away the next morning and gave the vet permission to release the records and the bill. We also emailed the breeder to let him know. We received no response. On Tuesday 5-31 I spoke with the vet's office and they emailed the info to the breeder and sent it ceritified mail. My husband left a voice mail with the breeder that afternoon and still no resp0nse. My husband emailed him again this morning and we have yet to receive a response from the breeder. Zero compassion or empathy, zero indication on what he is willing to do for us, zero anything. Between the vet bills and the cost of the puppy we are out almost $3000.00 and have no 'product' to show for it. Both of the vets I consulted said the parvovirus would have been contracted at the breeder's facility as we only had him 1/2 day before we took him in. I would get better service taking a TV back to the store than I did from this guy. And to be out all that money and not have anything to show for it is downright preposterous to me. And parvo virus is very contagious and persistent. Once it gets in the soil it can be there for years. There are other litters at risk at his facility. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and he truly did not care that the puppy, the living creature he sold me was sick and that we were going through this.

Revdex.com-Yes we did sell the *** a chocolate lab puppy on 05/22/After a hour presentation on all puppy aspects, they left at 1:on 05/22/2016. However before any Lab puppies leave our home, all these Labrador Retriever puppies from any of our litters are in "perfect health"We are
licensed by the State of Wisconsin(License number 279528) Per State of Wisconsin regulations, all entire litters and the mother were examined by my DVM's per State of Wisconsin Final DVM Inspection mandates and found to be in perfect health. Parvovirus or parvoinfluenza takes "weeks" to develop, not in hours like what happened to their puppyThey had their puppy less than dayThey then took him to their DVM and over the course of 1/days, their DVM was charging over $plus dollars(At least that's the latest dollar figure verbally given to me from the ***) Also as another means of preventing any chances of any of our puppies contracting the Parvo, all puppies receive a Parvo vaccination between 1-days after taken away from their mothersNursing Lab females provide many antibodies from their mother's milkOnce pups are removed from the mother, again they are given a small injection of Parvo vaccinationAt ~6-weeks, all pups receive their first of four of vaccinations in their first year of lifeFor this first multiple vaccination, all puppies from this litter received vaccinations for Distemper, Adenovirus-2, PArvoinfluenza, and again ParvovirusAgain these puppies WERE PERFECT when the pups left our home I'd like to mention at that there were choc puppies in this litter - males and femalesIt is now Wednesday (05/25/I have heard back from all other new puppy owners that "our puppies are adjusting normally, all training I work well, and many thank you's for all the extra documentation I have provided such as what you need to have when you "Bring Your Puppy Home", all genetic testings with results on the parents for Hip EyeElbow, EIC, CNM, DNA profiling, as well as providing an extra service with microchipping thier puppy with a Home Again Microchip in case their pups are lost or stolen-now or years down the roadI only charge for my cost for the Home Again Microchip, nothing else.As far as ** *** accusing me of "hollering at her", "not standing up for any of my waranties" or whatever else she accused me of, *** *** was literally "ranting" at me over the telephoneI basically I was not going to consider any help with paying their DVM fees unless I see a DVM Statement of Work (generated by the Appanosha DVM clinic, as well as an invoice also provided directly to me for chain of custody concerns** *** continued he ranting at me when I said I need hard proof on what happened to her pupShe continued to "rant" at me so I told her I had an appointmentI said I was now ending this conversation and hung up my telephone. Again it is now Wednesday (05/25)I've telephoned and e-mailed the Appanasha Clinic-they are willing to release this DVM-State of Work provided and an invoice, but ** *** has refused to have them release anything to meHow can I appraoch my own DVM's with what was done to this choc male pup they've owned for less than hoursTotal purchase price of this Choc puppy was $for the base cost of the puppy, 5% sales tax, and $got the Home Again MicrochipNow they want a $refund on a puppy they've owned for less than hours? I have no written proof from any communication from their DVM clinicIf the *** refuse to release this information to me so I can discuss with my own DVM's, how do we know if this work was really done? *** ***- Moonlighter Labrador's (05/25/20165) I also stated to the *** I wanted to se a Statement of Work peformed by their Veterinanrian at the Appanasha DVM Clinic, as well as an invoice for the total dollarsI also telephned and e-mailed Appanasha Clinic requesting the same-however however ** *** stated that *** *** WAS NOT to be given any statement of DVM work provided as well as a copy of the final invoiceI requested a copy of all records by standard chain of custody proceduresI did not want to accept these statements from the ***

We held off on releasing the records until treatment was complete.

The business filed a counter complaint because we were not releasing records. We were not releasing records as treatment was ongoing. We had to put the puppy down so we have now released the records – he received them yesterday via email from the vet and they also sent certified mail.So now we have no ‘product’ to show for our 3000.00 (puppy and vet cost). He has not replied to our emails or phone calls.Per phone call from the Business they have resolved this issue and issued a refund. He states that complaint has been resolved...
