On July 26, 2016, I called Campus Debt Solutions about my unsubsidized loan that amounted to slightly under $15, As a teacher, I have access to the public service loan forgiveness and the teacher loan forgiveness programThe "Senior Solutions Counselor," named *** ***, explained that my loans would be gone within five years through A) Consolidating my loans; B) Following a Pay As I Earn plan; and C) Using the Teacher Loan Forgiveness Program and the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program to forgive the remainder (since I qualify)After paying $through my debit card and signing for forebearance and scanning this document to Campus Debt Solutions, and then signing a document called "Campus Debt Consumer Package wo SLPP_XXXXX", they consolidated my perkins loan and my unsubsidized loan, now amounting to slightly abov
Campus Debt Solutions is a bunch of scammers!! I paid them over $just to find out they were nothing but a scamI would like my $back!

I graduated from school may I was in search of a program to help with my student loansI got in contact with campus debt solutionsGrant *** was the rephe explain about the forgiveness program but did not explain to me how I didn't have to pay, knowing I was already low incomethat was the information I received today July from the fed loan rep over the phoneI had to pay payments for the programI tried to contact him on this other loan I took out but did not get a response back, so that's when I called fed loan directlyI also fear my private information being used in the market by another 3rd party companymy last payment came out 7/$224.66, 6/$5/$
They changed my Financial AID ID password, then admitted it when he called backI changed it again, then they had several failed attempts to login
At 5:on 9/16/I called student loan debt relief and inquires about various programsHe asked for my email address to complete a free assessment, and asked me to give him the code on my emailNot realizing what the code was for I gave it to himThen he asked for additional information, but I felt like something wasn't right so I asked him to call backI called FSA.gov and they said my account had just been accessedImmediately I changed my password to something elseThe customer service rep called me back at +X (XXX) XXX-XXXX at 6:pm and I asked him about itHe said he needed the info to access my account and that I could change it backAt 6:I received an email stating my FSA account had been locked due to failed attemptsI did not attempt to login after changing my password
THey have altered their name and are still billing me when I have paid agreed price in full.They refuse to respond to email or answer phone
I agreed to pay them for services I later learned were available free through the government SO they took dollars I paid them in full even though they did not finish my consolidation I refused to submit further paperwork to them I finished through the *** company THis month they billed me dollars exactly using a new name- *** *** loan When I try to call them at the number listed on my bank account, the phone number is not *** student loan but surprise, it is Campus debt trying to act as if they are the fedloan company this is blatant fraud and theft they put me on hold for minutes before I hung up I emailed everyone at Campus debt only to be ignored
I was given wrong information that led to a charge of Cannot get any responses from the company
I was placed under the assumption that this company worked in communication with my College in resolving student loans Upon signing up with them I was charged for loan consolidation services Then, the actual company that works with FEDloan servicing and FEDloan themselves contacted me They informed me that this company was a fraudulent company I have attempted to contact the company multiple times to get my money returned and to prevent any further charges I have been unsuccessful I have contacted my banking facility to take steps to prevent more charges
