I have read Ms [redacted] 's statement and her responses are liesAs I have already stated being charged for a full weave was wrong because I barely got a partial, her statement of well over foils in her head is a lie! When I spoke to her on the phone she herself informed me there were foils in my hair as I have already statedI also did not agree that the back of my hair matched the extensionsI questioned it and told her I was not happy with the colorI also was unhappy about the price I stated I did not think I should have been charged dollars for a less than partial weave service that did not even come out with my hair matching my extensions! As I have stated I was forced to pay the full amountAlso I was going to be refunded dollars and when I called to come pick it up I was told the refund was being revoked the whole reason this is taking place now! [redacted] told me she was informed by both owners of the salon to tell me the refund was being revoked and that also the prices Ms [redacted] says that are so clearly stated on the website [redacted] told me those were actually not the prices of the salon or its stylistsI asked her how a customer looking at the site would know or think that and as I have already stated she proceeded to tell me it was my responsibility and my fault...and continued harassing me about itSo if those are not the prices for services why are they on a businesses website and why are they being used now to tell me the prices when according to Ms [redacted] they are not anything to do with the real prices in the salon???!! And if Ms [redacted] does not make decisions regarding refunds on Ms [redacted] behalf then why did she tell me it was revoked and she was told to tell me that??? She absolutely made that decision or was told to so I don't care what Ms [redacted] says about Ms [redacted] that's what she did to me and said to me and I want my money back for a service that was wrong, being harassed, being lied to, and causing all this inconvenience and time! Also I did not leave happy and expressed my unhappiness and was harassed for it and lied to over and over so as a business owner that is not of importance to you or your other stylists working for you, clearly if it was all this would not be happeningThank you

My name is *** *** ***I am the co-owner of Salon C and Day Spa, along with ***
*** ***I have read the complaint that Mrs*** ***, and here is my statement regarding
the matter in question on August 16,

Mrs*** *** came in on Saturday, August 16th wanting to get the dark ends in her hair lighten to
match her roots and hair extensionsI informed Mrs*** that I could weave her ends, which was
from mid shaft to ends was about inches of lengthI told her due to the amount or bleach she already
had on her hair I could weave the ends, but not put bleach all over her hair due to it may cause damage
*** agreed and I did the full weaveMrs***'s hair matched her hair extensions, which she agreed
and was pleasedMrs*** was charged $for the serviceMrs*** paid the balance in full
with no complaints, and made two more appointmentsOne with me to cut her extensions, and one with
*** *** our Esthetician for a Brazilian wax on August 18, starting at 5:30pm
On Monday, August 18, Mrs*** did not showor call to cancel her appointmentOn August
21, Mrs*** called and spoke with me; *** *** ***, regarding her hair service
I spoke with Mrs*** for around minutesMrs*** did not say there was anything wrong
with her service, just that she feels she was overchargedMrs*** stated there were only six foilsI
explained to Mrs*** that there were well over foils in her hairand reminded her about the
amount of hair I had to weave as discussed before the service began and was agreed toAgain Mrs
*** never once said she was unhappy with her service, just that she was unhappy with the price
several days after the service
Our website clearly states our prices for our servicesA partial weave is $and up, and a full weave is
$and upThese prices are based on the amount of hair weaved, the stylist product usedand the
location of the weave
After several attempts to make Mrs*** happy, I then agreed to refund Mrs*** $dollars,
only based on the amount of my time was being wasted on an ungrounded disputeI told Mrs*** I
would be in the salon at am the next day, August 21, Mrs*** never showed
As far as a conversation between *** *** and Mrs***, I (*** *** ***) was not
made aware of any conversations until after the factI (*** *** ***), co-owner of Salon C
& Day Spa make the decisions regarding refunds on my behalf; not *** ***
*** ***, co-owner of Salon C & Day Spa was currently on vacation at the time of this incident
Mrs*** ***, nor I revoked any refunds for Mrs***
As a business owner it is very important to me to make sure every customer leaves happy

I have read Ms. [redacted]'s statement and her responses are lies. As I have already stated being charged for a full weave was wrong because I barely got a partial, her statement of well over 25 foils in her head is a lie! When I spoke to her on the phone she herself informed me there were 24 foils in my hair as I have already stated. I also did not agree that the back of my hair matched the extensions... I questioned it and told her I was not happy with the color. I also was unhappy about the price I stated I did not think I should have been charged 80 dollars for a less than partial weave service that did not even come out with my hair matching my extensions! As I have stated I was forced to pay the full amount. Also I was going to be refunded 15 dollars and when I called to come pick it up I was told the refund was being revoked the whole reason this is taking place now! [redacted] told me she was informed by both owners of the salon to tell me the refund was being revoked and that also the prices Ms. [redacted] says that are so clearly stated on the website [redacted] told me those were actually not the prices of the salon or its stylists. I asked her how a customer looking at the site would know or think that and as I have already stated she proceeded to tell me it was my responsibility and my fault...and continued harassing me about it.
