Review: I was not happy with the services to my hair that I received from the [redacted] at Salon Chanterre by Eric. I contacted the [redacted] about my issue and she told me she would be getting in touch with me the next day regarding my refund. Several days had passed by and I contacted her again, she then told me her co-[redacted] would be contacting me that day. I am yet to have any contact with [redacted], or her co-[redacted] about my refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund on all monies paid to Salon Chanterre, which was $280.00.
