This person came into our salon after purchasing a [redacted] for a hair color and my stylist [redacted] did her hairShe colored her hair comparable to her natural root color as discussed previously in the consultationAfter leaving a week later she contacted [redacted] stating that her hair was a shade too dark for herWith gratitude [redacted] welcomed her back into the salon to lighten her hair free of chargeI myself being the salon owner personally went over after her second service to go through the her haircut and spoke with her regarding her hair the second time around as she had wrote a negative review on [redacted] about her first experienceSo I made sure this time around she was happy before she left the salonShe said everything was great and that was itThen another week later she calls [redacted] stating that her hair is now orangeWe had already fixed her hair color the first time around and hair color does not just turn orange unless she had put something on it herself or was using cheap products which would cause the hair color to fadeWe had already corrected the problem the first time around and let her know we cannot keep doing her hair for free every weekI'm unsure of what she's wanting or the reason for this complaint as we've already tried to accommodate herAll I can suggest is for her to contact [redacted] for a refund if she's unsatisfiedI know that we did all we could to make the situation right and she was completely happy after coming back a second timeMaybe we just aren't the salon for her

Review: I went in there and got my hair done. The lady [redacted] turned my hair pitch black when I wanted light Brown like I always get. I never had my hair pitch black. After talking to [redacted] she said she will redo my hair. I went in and she made it lighter. With in 5 days my hair turned orange. I contacted them again and they didn't take responsibility for what they did. They blamed me for it turning orange and I'm not sure how I could of done that. I just feel they need to take responsibility instead of blaming me or attacking me for being upset for them turning my hair orange.Desired Settlement: I'm not sure what they could do. I don't want them touching my hair again. This is twice they messed it up. I'm worried if I went back they would make my hair fall out. I do want them to take responsibility for what they did
