Salon G

I had gone to this salon twice in the past with stylists who were able to color my hair in the way that I wanted except that for some reason there was an issue with a demarcation line that could not seem to be fixed. On the third occasion, I went to a stylist there by the name of Sabrina. She was new and training under a stylist named Pat. I explained on numerous occasions that I did not want the color too dark and told them exactly what to use. They used what they wanted anyway and Sabrina ended up turning my color almost black when it is medium brown. In the past, they had always used a gloss or some product that infused the hair with incredible shine. When Sabrina colored it, it was flat and dull and looked terrible. This cost me over $120 dollars for a service that looked awful. When I went back for a gloss treatment to try to get some shine back to my hair, they tried to charge me $60 dollars more. I complained about this since they were the ones who messed up my hair and a lady by the name of Pat came to talk to me. I asked for the OWNER (who I knew was a man by the name of Bruce), but Pat stated that SHE WAS THE OWNER AND THE ONLY SOLE AND COMPLETE OWNER of Salon G. I then told her that I knew she is not the owner and she refused to give me Bruce's phone number to speak with him about the way that I was treated. She was absolutely HORRIBLE to me and so was the receptionist who books appointments who told me the real owner, (Bruce) would not side with me so I could forget it. I told her I don't care who sides with me or who doesn't.... I want him to be aware of the way Pat German is treating her customers and how she allowing the dark haired, older lady receptionist to speak to the customers. (the receptionist refused to give me her name as well). I am appalled at the way this establishment treats clients and will make sure EVERYONE on every review site knows, and all of my friends who used to go to Salon G know how this place treats people. I also WILL find the real owner's contact information and make him fully aware. Don't waste your time and money at this place. The prices are way extreme for an establishment that offers nothing but verbal abuse.
