Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/11/09) */ On October 4th we were called by [redacted] to dispatch our wrecker to a hit and run accident and remove vehicle off the road and tow to our premises for the [redacted] .Upon arrival the vehicle was damaged on drivers side, front wheel which was completely off and folded under vehicleWe proceeded to hook truck up and tow onto flat bed to remove from road There would be no way to get this vehicle on flatbed other than tow it on [redacted] were there involved and any other inquires are to the [redacted] as they requested vehicle to be removed from accident sceneVehicles removed from accident scene are the owners or owners insurance responsibility as its difficult for us to know what was and was not damaged in accident due to darkness and weather related Also we never saw vehicle before accident [redacted] Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 8, 2015/11/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) [redacted] I have the at scene pictures prior to the tow as does the [redacted] clearly showing the front end fully intact and as mentioned by Hickmans this was a SIDE IMPACT hit not the front end [redacted] verified NO FRONT END DAMAGEThe front plastics of the bumper were torn off along with the fog light assembliesThe tire was fully fine on the rim AFTER the truck was loaded on the toe truck[redacted] its a side impact only no front end damage at all none! I do have the pictures to prove as does the [redacted] and again SIDE IMPACT not front endAlso the towing helper hooked the tow hook to the passenger side cv axle boot to load my truck [redacted] Also the picures CLEARLY show the stainless underpan of the truck fine prior to the tow at the scene in perfect unbent condition and after the tow its crushed UP into the radiator and transmission cooling lines breaking them and losing all transmission fluid again this was a SIDE IMPACT hit so how the belly pan get crushed??? Towing abuse allowing to fall off the back of tow truck crushing it UP into the lines breaking them as well as ripping off the front bumper plastics and destroying the foglights! That along with ripping the tire [redacted] again verifiable by witnesses along with the torn cv axle boot on opposite side of the truck it was impacted on!
