I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I don't agree with her statementsThe Salon owner has denied my request for a refund although she is stating otherwise in the responseShe also states that she has no other unhappy customers, which also untrue because Yelp lists multiple other unhappy customersIn addition, my hair was not red to begin with and did not turn ash brown after her coloring itI have pictures with date, time stamp from before and after and have submitted them again to my bank along with my disputeAt this point, I would be happy if she would just refund me the money as she stated because there is nothing more for her to do for me as a customer

"">I have been a hair stylist for over years and have owned an operated my own salon for more than ten yearsDuring that time, I have never had a complaint or an unhappy customerThe customer who filed a complaint with you , ms [redacted] , came into my salon on July 14 with via [redacted] .I had never worked on her hair beforeShe told me she needed her haircut that day and she stated that she did not want color at the same time,but wanted to come back for that at a later timeI told her that there was no problem,that it would make time to cut her hair that day, and that she could come back some other day for the hair coloring.( for [redacted] package we have to do both at the same day), but I was working with her.
Subsequently, Ms [redacted] sent me a picture of her hair,which it was dark redShe told me that she wanted the color changed to ash and some highlightcoloring red to ash it is not easy process .I told her come into the salon so I could look at it her hair condition and see what I could doI told her it was possible to color her hair ash, but because her hair was red, I would have to apply a lot of ash color to cancel the red she already had in her hairWhen she agreed and understood the difficulty of changing red hair to asj color,which is a light color, I applied the Aveda color , gr number plus gr B/G , number is Natural light brown and and B/G is blue green ashI have to explain the numeric for Aveda color( number is Black and number is lightest Blond)Number is natural light brownI did the base color with number and ash plus did high light and put toner three time to cut the brassiness of her highlight she had lots of red undertone and I had to ton her highlight with ash .Her hair came out a nice ash color with beautiful beige highlightjust as she askedDuring the treatment ms [redacted] said she liked everything, but mentioned that the base color wal a little dark iItold her I had already done so much to her hair to for from red to ash that,to protect her hair from damage,sh should let the hair "rest"for a week before doing more with the color.I told her to wash her hair in a few days and if the color did not lighten up itself with a wash, that she should come back at witch time I would put another treatment on it to lighten it more at no additional chargeI told her it would only take about minutes for the additional application and she agreed she paid me, gave me a tip, and leftwith he [redacted] discount, the bill came to $then several days later, she text demanding a refundI told her tat I needed to see he hair and take a pcture of it for my recordsalthough I did not believe I owed her a refund, I agreed to do if she gave me a picture of her hair to show the colorshe did not come in or send me a picture of her hairThe next thing I heard came from my her bank, informing me that sh was disputing the charges for the hair color service.I described the same facts to her that I describe aboveAlthough I do not believe I owe ms [redacted] a refund and she has provided no evidence that the hair color she has was in any improper, I am more than happy to refund her money I told her I would do so if she would send me a picture of her hair or come to the salon so I could take a picture for my recordsMs [redacted] would not cooperateNot only that , she also posted an unfair and bad review on yelp about the service sh received at my salonAs I already stated to her and now to you, ill be more than happy to give her money back if she will send me a picture depicting the true color of her hairat this point there is nothing to show her hair is other than what she wanted or that it could have been easily lightened with another minute treatment at no additional charge as described aboveThank you for listening to my side of story

This is regarding complaint #[redacted]
My time is very valuable and I can't expect the picture after three months . If refund is the only thing it is going to make the customer happy so be it. Her bank could call me to resolve this matter.
