$205 deposit for services not being returned.
The stylist at the Lakewood Ranch location took $205 and will not perform services and will not return money. She has not done any service for the money and is keeping it. Her name is Ericka S. and she had lied and stolen our money.
I need refunded since no service was performed otherwise we will contact local authorities for theift.
Please be advised that the complaint was sent to me was in error. The hair stylist to whom the compliant is directed to, Erika S., is a stylist in the Lakewood Ranch location of Salon Lofts. The complainant specifically says that the stylist was at the Lakewood Ranch Location. This person is in no way affiliated, related or otherwise to me in any way possible. In addition, I have never had any interactions whatsoever with the complainant. Please remove this complaint from my name for the reasons discussed above. I would appreciate written confirmation of the complaint removal as soon as possible.

The salon in question is Salon Lofts of Lakewood Ranch however this company needs to refund me.
is not a client of mine. Having said that, I have policies in place regarding deposits, and documentation between any clients as to how they work and what they for. They are non refundable after a client chooses to cancel or not show up for an appointment within a window of time that is clearly listed when deposits are paid as well as on my websites.

My wife was the client and the personal policies are not part of Salon Lofts of Lakewood code of ethics or posted anywhere inside the location. What has happened here is a complete lost of trust to consumers that this business can choose and decide to keep a client's money even though no services are rendered and will not accept future appointments and even refuse future services. The idea that a personal policy can be implemented at any given time without acknowledgement or a signed agreement between this Salon and the client is very dishonest and keeps future clients at risk. Any resolution that does not involve refunding the amount paid for services not rendered is the basis of what is really going on here. A very dishonest scheme also know as a scam.
