Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: How is it that you are responding with a conclusion (per your attachment) if you never received my rebuttal?? So who received it, did it magically appear on your doorstep!? I told [redacted] I didn't mind that you ID my guest but it is the way your security guard [redacted] approached my guest asking for " a F [redacted] ID" which my guest still compliedIt was then Family sheriffs whom intervened telling [redacted] that isn't appropriate of him to treat anyone like that! And like I have told [redacted] before let me see the footage because when that scene happened we asked right away for that footage and all of a sudden you don't have "audio and can't show us." By the way you never identified who was your under cover security because your a liar! [redacted] was not cooperative thats why I asked for someone else information so they can help me resolve this matter in a PROFESSIONAL manner and she's your management, wow! Every time I was in contact with her she didn't want to explain the rebuttal process and told me numerous times for me to stop contacting her (see messages attached, I can provide screen shots too!) Till this day I still haven't heard anything from anyone but the letter you have attached (which you apparently did not receive my rebuttal but were able to come to a resolution????)And now your stating this below, another lie! ("Customer sent a text requesting names, addresses and phone numbers of committee members However, for safety reasons it is against our policy to provide such information One of our security guards was enjoying dinner out with his young family approximately weeks after said event A guest from customer’s event approached the security officer demanding to know the name of “ [redacted] security guard who worked the evening of his family’s event, so that he could settle the score.” We are aware that her family represents law enforcement and know they are at liberty to look up personal information on anyone, therefore we will not be providing last names of any employees, security guards or others associated with the event center.")NO ONE in my family or friends ever threatened your staff nor came near your propertyAre you sure you didn't screw someone else over? How do you know its from my event? Where's the camera footage to that?? I know for a fact that you are lying once again because NONE of my guest knows our situation that is going on with your business! Your business is a disgrace to the community and what comes around goes around! I will make sure that EVERYONE knows to not take their business there! I will provide all documentation and conversations to show what a nightmare this process has been, how unprofessional and most importantly what a FRAUD this business is!
