I had the worst hair coloring experienceI had my hair colored and cut Within days my hair was orange and had white patches all overI was horrified, I went back and had them recolor my hairThe instructor who oversaw the first coloring job was rude, combative and belittlingShe also lied to me about the original color, stated it was permanent, yet it was so very temporaryShe then told me it was temporary for the health of my hair and could I not smell the ammonia in the hair coloring they were fixing my hair with ? The owner invited me not come back because I was not happy with one of her top instructorsNo apology just lies and arrogance

This place is a JOKE ***, an 'educator' and I use this term loosely, she is a hack who teaches the students how to call the clients LIARS, even though they had the records of what THEY had done to my hair*** is teaching the students poor customer service and that is good practice to treat your clients poorlyI would NOT recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy being treated poorly and throwing away your money When I called, three seperate times, to speak with the owner, ***, I was told each and everytime she was in a meeting Although I left my number each time, *** has not called me back Needless to say, it is apparent, *** and her co-owner husband are in denial that thier staff should take customer training This location is just in for the MONEY and treating clients poorly They have no desire to do what is right or professional, although they provide the accecptable answer that they DID try to make it right or to contact the client back, thier answers are just EXCUSES They don't return phone calls, and always say that it wasn't a member of management that woudl have said those things or done those things Well *** and ***, I DID get your names, and I DID leave my number And I was accused of lying by your staff educator in front of students They are not the only business in town who can provide this service Go to a PROFESSIONAL place of business
