HiI responded to *** on ***. My response is attached. We do not have a client in our database named ***. My salon does not have a client by that name. After receiving the letter from the Revdex.com we see that ***'s real name is *** ***. She is not a client
of ours and I personally reached out by text message after receiving their complaint to the Revdex.com. I apologized for any misunderstandings that may have occurred. Our salon would however, love to have *** as a new client, *** or no ***. Everyone is welcome in Salon Serenity Hair Design

To the business: It is a good excuse that you are always coming back that you don't have me in your DB, if that is the case, what did you do twice on the phone for making an appointment for me? Even after having 2 unpleasant experiences on phone with you for getting a hair done appt. we still gave you the opportunity to provide me with good customer service which again you failed to do on the day when we came physically to your business on Feb 24th at 11 AM EST but your interactions, gesture and language made us walk away without availing any services. It was very humiliating and disappointing for us. It is my sincere appeal to you to run the business with high professionalism and honor your own Business [redacted] promotions with dignity and make your customers of any race and gender feel great by providing good customer service that will make them come again.
