That did not answer my question,im not asking them for money,im asking for hoursI paid for two copies of my transcript,$my money was not giving to me back,I have copies of the receipt as wellI was only asking asking for my transcriptsI worked very hard for those hours.Unfortunately I had to leave do family issues that were out of my handsI feel its discrimination to train a student then afterwards tell them they can't have there hours until they pay and agaisnt the lawMy education at my new cosmetology school Marinello is being held up because they need my hours that transfer so I can start

Per the contractual agreement that was made with the ROP program, hours received while in the ROP program are non-transferrable unless of the following conditions are met:
1) If the student wishes to receive all hours, the difference between the private student tuition rate and the ROP program paymentsIn this case, the balance is $4,
2) The student may choose to receive the amount of hours paid for by the ROP program at the private student tuition rateIn this case, the prorated amount equals hours
