To Whom It May Concern:This response is associated with the complaint # referenced above.The customer signed up for a monthly membership that is recurring each month in the amount of $The monthly recurring membership that she signed clearly indicated that it can be cancelled anytime before the start of next billing cycle by sending an email request onlyWe require email correspondence as proof of someone actually canceling the membership.All our employees communicate this information to people inquiring regarding membership cancellationNo one ever promised to put the money back in her accountShe did talk to the manger and was informed of sending the email for membership cancellation.We never received the email and I cancelled her account without one as she kept calling with rude phone calls.Best [redacted] ***

Our business response to tho rebuttal is that it is a waste of our time arguing over few dollars! We will stick to our original response as a matter of pointHowever, as a gesture of good business, we will refund her months of fees ($29.98)Please provide the mailing address for the check to be mailed to?

Dear Revdex.com:I am responding to above referenced complaint # associated with *** *** *** membership was cancelled and reimbursed for August payment as a courtesy . Our procedure to cancel the membership is via email and we inform all our customers verbally when they sign up as well
as it is clearly indicated on sign up form. We cannot refund for the months where *** believes or recalls she cancelled verbally as we have no way of verifying it.Best*** ***

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. i emailed, called, and went into the business to cancel my account. The MANAGER told me she would refund my account, if this does not get resolved I will take this higher up. This is illegal and wrong. I signed up for a service, and canceled it, I should not have been charger for months worth of services I did not recieve! They were avoiding me, I'd call the lady working would say she would call me baxk, I'd never get a call back.
