We have been giving her Deep conditioning treatments at no charge since October through DecemberThat's when she started complainingShe had her hair done back in MaySo she has waited a few months to make a complaintWe did contact her in December to let her know one of our stylist would work with herWe did tell her if she continues coloring and using heat on her hair it's not a good ideaWe will accommodate her if she wants to make an appointment with the stylist that talked to her last

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: I had my hair done in the middle of July but the very next day I called the hairstylists let him know that my hair and my head and my ears were burning and itching all night So he made me an appointment for the next day for a conditioning treatment I explained to him that my hair felt extremely rough and dry he fed the conditioning treatment would make my hair betterFour days from the day I had my hair colored my hair was extremely dry and damaged I sent him the pictures of my hair and explain to him that I was scared to do anything to my hair besides add conditioning treatments he been reassured me that my hair was fineBeing that he is the professional hairstylist I believed him months went on like this and I kept adding conditioning treatments I did not have my hair blowdried I did not have my hair flat iron are curled unless it was with someone that was a licensed professional and that with him Each time I went to see my hairstylist I told him how much my hair was breaking off it was balding it with getting shorter on each side one fight in particular he kept explaining that this was fine my hair looked great he would stylet after he colored it and it would look nice for a day or two and then when I washed t I would just condition it and just let it dry and leave it alone until I could see him againWhen I seen him he would color my hair but in between colors he would do three of his friends haircuts and styles in between most of all of our appointment for he took someone else so I believe he was over processing my hair the entire time and then when I brought it up to him he explained to me that it was what I was doing at home my own home care and I told him no one week after my hair was completely damaged I have pictures that I texted himI finally called his boss which was V*** the owner of salon V and left a message that my hair was completely damaged I didn't know what to do and that something had to be done I was going to call the Revdex.com and make a complaint so the very next day the owners V*** called me back and did not want me to make a complaint against her salon so she explained that they would provide me with some deep conditioning treatments for free so I agreed and thought that was a good ideaShe explained that the hairstylist would be calling me to set this upLater that day Alvaro the hairstylist called me and explained that he wanted to do conditioning treatment on my hair in order to get it healthy again he said he could do these at that little bit of a cheaper cost but I explained to him that I had talk to VB and that they would be free of charge and that was October when I called his boss I also did not and she explained to me that he was young and doesn't know how to deal with these situations so that's why she set up the conditioning and and she had him call me to set these appointments up.I had conditioning treatment on November 4, November 18, November 24, December 2, December I ask when the next treatment was and he had not scheduled one so on December I had a conditioning treatmentOn December at PM I receive a text message from Al the hairstylist asking if I could do Tuesday, December at PM I explained that that was too late to be leaving with my hair wet and I told him also that I didn't believe the it's a with not helping my hair since I was doing the treatment at home it was pretty much a waste for me to go into The salon I also sent him current pictures of my hair the condition it was in explain to him how one side was shorter as I did each time he conditioned it I have not heard from A*** since December that one text he never sent me any messages anymore appointments he just asked me out and no return call absolutely no communication so I've been again called his boss and waited for a callback from her she text me and then she called me on December letting me know she had been ill And she also let me know that it was not her problem that he is a private contractor I explained to her that I just wanted someone to give me a consultation on my hair since half of it was shorter than the other side and it was still extremely damaged Vee vee explain someone would call me after the holidaysin January I called and left another message from mom be the next day in January and new employee return my call I explained to her that I wanted a consultation and my hair to be fixed and I did not want this for free I would pay for it just to get this done and in the condition my hair was in the very beginning she suggested hair extensions since my hair was two different lengths one up to my shoulder and the other down to the middle of my back she didn't suggest much just saying that the it's a treatment would be OK but unfortunately but it's a with not doing enough at the time for my hair in the beginning I had three OlaPlex treatment and then the rest were all at the
It's a conditioner that you can buy at riite aid or CVS Because I have not heard from anyone at the salon I am seeking other means of treatment for my hair I went back to my old hairstylist and she could not believe the damage that my hair is in it had to be cut short shoulderlength and trimmed weekly and I am now getting her extensions so that my hair will be at the same length and undergoing conditioning treatments with her as well .if salon v Would had offered me alternative treatment I would have taken then since I made several calls to them and I felt unfortunately I did not get the answers that I had needed and the help that I had requested
