Salon Ziza

Review: I made an app for an "up-do" at the salon via phone with the receptionist [redacted]. She quoted a price of $35.00. I was having my hair done for my sons wedding on November 16th. I had called several places for this service, (was also recommended by a former PA resident now living in NY) [redacted] stated that short hair was $35.00...I wrote that in a book of things I had to do for my sons wedding. I made 2 appointments at salon ziza, 1 for a practice and the 2nd one the day of the wedding. I went on the 14th of Novemeber and after I was finished "[redacted]" said it would be $85.00 to my surprise!! I did not know she was the woman that quoted $35 over the phone. I showed her my book with her name on it and she gave me the practice "up-do" for the quoted $35...I was happy! I said I'll see you Saturday morning. I returned on the 16th, the morning of my sons wedding and when I was finished, [redacted] charged me $85.00. I said... we went over this on Wednesday and you agreed that you did indeed quoted me $35. She said the manager, [redacted] said to charge me $85. I asked to speak with [redacted] and she was no where to be found. [redacted] said that she would give [redacted] the message and would call me back that day. I still have not heard from [redacted]. I was very disappointed in the way this was handled. I also brought my own hair pins and they did not use them or give them back to me. I feel that I should have been charged the $35 they quoted me on the phone. I went out of my way to go to salon ziza because of the price. I was definitely overcharged $50.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] from Salon Ziza to refund me the extra $50 I was charged.
