Review: I can only receive packages from fedex as they have assigned one specific person that knows how to help because of my disabiltity and that's the party I receive everything I order from online or out of state. I call this company up ask them if I can buy the 2 products they sell and have it shipped with fedex only. They say no and I offer to use my fedex account to have it picked up from there establishment and they still say no. And most distributers of there product use only us mail and ups and I wont receive packages from those 2 as they will be returned to sender due to some neg experiences and they were both notifed by my attorney not to bring packages to me regardless. So with something so simple this company cant accommodate my request when Im actually paying for fedex tells me something about them.Desired Settlement: I want to be able to order the product from them and use fedex to come to there place of business and pick it up and bring it to me. I don't see why that can accomadate section title 111 of the ADA laws do you.

I was able to get hold of a gentleman there in the Florida office he was very professional and generous and took care of any concern and even sent me a few replacement products. I would have to say it just a matter of getting a hold of the proper contact to address the issue.
