I visited Saloni Boutique on September 11th to alter my lehenga skirtWhen I visited this boutique, I noticed the lady Owner had no value or regard for me as a customerThen she looks at the lehenga skirt and over charges me $(with tax $43.30) to alter the lehengaSince this was an urgent matter to be fixed for my family's wedding, I accepted the over charge amountAll through the business transaction the lady owner was very rude, over talks me while I am expressing how I want the end product to look, lady owner does not listen, angry, hateful/discriminatoryI endure this as I wanted my product (lehenga) alteredHowever, when I went back to pick up the product September 17th 2016, the product was not altered anywhere close to how I wanted it But the lady owner (very bossy with poor customer service etiquettes) told me the finished product is correctly altered and has no issues without giving me an opportunity to express my concernI left the store with a dissatisfie
