I respectfully ask that you please accept our sincerest apologiesAs you probably know, the beginning of October marked the credit card processing industries mandate to transition to EMV-enabled terminalsAs such, our office, as well as the office of our processing network, has been inundated with calls and emails requesting assistance for terminal updates, help with using their new equipment, and various other requests for assistanceWe feel absolutely horrible since we are considerably behind on responding to the requests of our customersThat being said, I will contact the head of our support department regarding your issueHe will contact you and get this refund processedAgain, I sincerely apologize for the delay you've experienceWe'll get this taken care of right away
