Review: On 2/10/2013 I hired [redacted] from Sal's Home Improvement to plow my driveway. After he finished I paid him by check. The next day my daughter and I were outside when we noticed that a part of the driveway was torn up and the lawn had deep tire marks in it. There was dirt and grass everywhere and the driveway had numerous cracks in it. I called [redacted] and informed him of the damage. He later came by to see the damage. At this time he admitted responsibility and gave me his insurance information. When I called the insurance company they informed me that [redacted] did not have the proper insurance for operating a snow plow. I then called [redacted] and informed him of his lack of proper insurance. At this time he stated that he knew someone who installs driveways and he would call his friend. I agreed to this arrangement. After a few weeks of not hearing from him I called [redacted] but with not luck. He would not reply to my calls or messages. I do not know what to do at this point. He torn up my driveway and refuses to be responsible. Please help.Desired Settlement: I obtained an estimate of $2300.00 . I needs to pay this amount.
