Sal's Pizzeria

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]1, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I was in the bar well past when the pizza was allegedly delivered.  I was sitting close to the bar and there were not many people there.  It is a small pub.  They should be responsible for verifying the card number on which I ordered the food.  The bartender never said "who ordered a pizza".  They must have given the food to someone else who had to fraudulently sign for it since it was on a card.  I do not want a pizza from Sals Pizzeria. I would like a refund to my card, which should be easy for a business to perform.  I think they are responsible for poor delivery service.
