Review: I went to see if they do vehicle inspections, which they do not, so I asked a salesperson outside about a wheel alignment and how much it would cost he told me $54.00. He told me that he can take my vehicle right away, I was parked on the curb, and one of the worker came over to my vehicle (I was backing up) to pull my vehicle in the bay. I didn't go into the shop from the front door, but through the open bay to speak with the worker. After he checked my vehicle he told me that he could not perform the alignment, because I had a bad wheel bearing on the right side front-end. I went inside to get a estimate on the price of repairing the wheel bearing, after getting the price, I started to leave and was told that there is a $20. fee for checking the front-end. I didn't go for a front-end check, but I feel that when I asked the salesman for the price of the wheel alignment, he should have mentioned the $20.00 fee if the vehicle is in need of additional repair. If I had know they I would be charged for my vehicle if the service couldn't be performed I probably would no had them check my vehicle. He mentioned that there is a sign on the front door, but we spoke on the sidewalk in front of the wheel alignment bay, and he still didn't mention to me the full detail of the service, he should have mention this when I asked for the price and not just instruct a worker pull me vehicle into the bay to service me vehicle, I don't have $20.00 to waste.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my $20.00 back, with gas price as high as they are and other bills to pay, I can't afford to get money away, he should have informed me of this, other shops don't charge fee's if your vehicle needs repairs. I feel they I was mislead, that's the bottom line. I asked for a price and should have been giving the full detail of the service.
