I do not accept this response. My money was refunded but my request for fair resonable servicing of my vehicle have been dealt with in a suppressed, deceitful and dispicable manner from MrP***. Since I close the deal with Ms A*** I was severely taken advantage as witnessed by my wife. I have damage to my vehicle, it was not a stone chip, it was a paint bubble and was defect. That was stated at the time I took the vehicle in for service, I was dispatch and said they would forward the info to Toyota and get back to me, I never heard back I called and once again and they said it was a stone chip and would allow me to state anything other wise We came in late at to close out and pick up the new vehicle, with it being near close of business Ms A*** took advantage of the situation to push these service warranties upon, I told I had to make a decision to add the warranties on the financing or I would have to pay for them in full out of pocket if I decided later. I did not have time to review the contracts I decided to purchase the warranties and protection, with the high pressure, and had to decide immediately get the warranties on the financing. As for the financing, I had a loan from my bank for 2.49%, when I came into Rohrich to close the deal, I was told Rohrich was able to match the rate with their financing from *** ** *** at 2.49%. I agreed and expect to close out the deal, then pressure tactics of the protection packages and extended warranties were put into play by Ms A***, using tactics such as exobitant repair costs, ect. I was not interested in these warranties, numbers were thrown at me a fevor pitch, it was late I wanted to get out of there, she stated the protection and warranties provide total vehicle coverages, and then made a claim a *** ** *** she was online with suddenly dropped my rates to 1.79%, being it was a small cost I just agreed and Ms A*** stated it would provide protection for my vehicle and keep a higher resale value I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, *** ** *** was contacted and these circumstance were relayed to *** ** *** on[Case number: ***]. *** ** *** agent *** *** has contacted me, their investigation is ongoing, however these is no record of an online live agent of *** ** *** who dropped my rate real time with Ms A*** to 2.49% to 1.79% on the evening of May 12th between 7:and 9pm when we came to close the vehicle sale, Mr *** claims that my loan was approved for 1.79% and not 2.49%. I asked Mr*** how Rohrich could offer me 2.49% then drop me realtime to 1.79%, he could offer me no answer and that there is no record with *** ** *** doing so. I was advise that Ms A*** had one loan for 2.49% with another organization which I would have been given, in the course of her high pressure, fast and furious you have to decide now, had the 1.79% rate to switch to being I was reluctant to purchase the protection and warranty. I had no time to review what I was given. I was told complete paint and surface protection. I did not find this out until I took my vehicle for serviceMs A*** had a lower finance rate available that was withheld and switched. I told the sales consultant that I had 2.49% from my bank but would consider Rohrich's offer if they could do better. Ms A***s tactics were very fast paced, deceptive, misleading, and very high pressuredThere was no live agent or *** ** *** rate drop as claimed by MsA***, she was determined to stick me with these protections and warranties that were of no value as I would later find outThe interior and exterior protection packages was aftermarket which in the course of the fast paced sales I was not aware as I had no time to fully read what I sold, as I was force to make the decision to finance the plans As part of the paint protection and interior protection package I was required to bring the vehicle back to have an interior and exterior product applied to the vehicle. I complied and brought the vehicle in for the applications. I was not aware they were third party aftermarket product performed by Rohrich. I have repeated asked what was done and applied to my vehicle and was given vague answers by Kevin K*** the sales consultant that stated they use heat and melt in the application to the paint, I ask Alex the person who coordinated the service of the applicaitons and got no straight answers. I had the application applied and was given no print service record of the process, and I have repeatedly asked Mr P*** to provide me with a written receipt of what was done to my vehicle and I want a certification from Toyota that it did not further void my warranty of the vehicle as it is not a factory authorized Toyota Product and Service. I been advised that a third party product applied by heat to my new vehicle removes the factory applied clear coat. Rohrich will not respond to my request and provide product and service information on what they did to my vehicle.I did not immediately check the vehicle after I got the vehicle back from the exterior and interior applications. I was wiping the vehicle down, and I found a raise spot on the front bumper cover which is flexible and not metal and I thought it was dirt, I wiped the spot and it was a paint bubble that flecked offIt is on a horizontal surface and I found no further damage to the grill or radiator where a stone would impact on the verticle. The size of the defect area is about one quarter inch. It was a bubble and intact and when I thought it was dirt or grime popped and peeled off. I would had tried to preserve the defect, but I was at the time believing the paint protection package would repair the defectI took the vehicle in for service, as I mentioned the paint defect in the front to the service desk agent at Rohrich before I could finish my sentence he said it was a stone chip without letting me finish my sentence or loo*** at the damage and said the paint protection packages does not cover stone chips. It was a shock as Ms A*** led me to believe I had my paint covered reguardless, when I had to forcefully it was not a stone chip it was a paint bubble and a defect. He stated then it would be covered by Toyota's warranty and he would submit it to Toyota. This was on July 6th, the agent who gave me no written receipt nor any document of service said he photographed the defect and sent it to Toyota who he said was good at repairing paint defects would get back to as earlier as Friday July 8th, or early the following week. I receive no follow up and when I called in later in the week, I was quickly told it was a stone chip and under no cirucumstances it would be repaired. When I asked for the Toyota agent who denied the claim I was refused. I highly doubt after my experience with Ms A*** a claim was ever filed with Toyota, I demand to deal with Toyota directly and was refused by Rohrich. I went to Toyota and they told me it was for me to resolve with the dealer I was treated in a humiliating, despicable and unethical manner by Ms A***, the Rohrich Toyota Service Desk representive and by MrP***. They spoke over me, I was taken advantage of and treated in an unprofessional manner devoid of even common courtesy or mannersI could not get any word in edge wise in spea*** with any Rohrich employmentAny questions I asked I got little or vague response. Since my vehicle which is new and has about miles has a split in the leather of the steering wheel and I have streaks on the fabric of the backseat. I am perplexed as to how to go about getting my vehicle serviced I have no trust or confidence in the Rohrich Service center, Ms A*** or Mr P***, I am being denied fair unbiased warranty service of my vehicle, and I am refused of being provided with a statement of work on my vehicle. I do not ever want to do business with Rohrich Toyota again, I have filed complaints the following complaintsMr Podosky offered me no amicable solution the only thing that I got was my refunds but my vehicle has defects and damaged that I cannot get fair evaluation of. When I demanded that Toyota get involved with this, Mr P*** called me on Thursday and told me to come in the next day Friday to meet with Toyota and not to waste their time, however it lacked any consideration that I have a job I cannot just walk off and leave on short noticeI want nothing further from Rohrich Automotive nor do I want them to service my vehicle, however they applied an aftermarket third party product to my interior and exterior of my vehicle that is not Toyota Factory Authorized, I want a written statement of what was applied to my vehicle and I want that on file with Toyota, I will hold Rohrich responsible for any additional defects to my exterior To resovle this Mr P*** will provide me a written document of what was done to the interior and exterior of my vehicle and that will be filed with Toyota. I want a statement from Toyota as to what it does with my vehicle warranty and it is a certified product and procedure by Toyota.I want to take my vehicle to another Toyota Dealer and Mr P*** will forward my claim if they did file one to the Toyota Representive and I will meet the Toyota representative at a neutral Toyota dealer for a fair evaluation of my front bumper paint, and my steering wheelI fully intend to push this to every legal agency available to me. I will swear and attest in a court of law that I found a paint bubble, and it is a defect not a stone chip As stated before I have filed complaints with the consumer finance protection bureau, the Pennsylvania State Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division, The Federal Trade Commission and I have sought the advice of an attorney specializing in lemon laws and automotive service. I will continue to pursue this until I am given fair treatment and your business practices are thoroughly reviewedFederal Trade Commission complaint reference number ***Pennsylvania Attorney General Consumer Protection Complaint Filed 8/1/2016Consumer Finance Protection Bureau [Case number: ***Toyota incident number [Incident: ***] and ***

August 10, *** *** The Revdex.com Holiday Drive, Suite Pittsburgh, PA Customer Complaint #*** To Whom It May Concern: Mr*** was accurate about the time
of the application to his vehicle. As he stated in his complaint a “month” after the package was applied, he was cleaning the vehicle and found a small paint bubble that easily flaked off. This was definitely a chip and not a paint defectThe paint protection that we applied does not cover chips nor does any other protective application provide coverage for chips. Mr*** was not pressured nor mislead about the products he purchased. It is hard to imagine that he is viewing the rate situation as a bait and switch, in that we found a bank that was able to provide him a better rate because of his good credit rating. Mr*** signed the contract yet states that there were scare tactics of tremendous pressure due to the high repair cost of digital technologyIt is accurate that the cost of digital technology is very expensive in all automobiles in today’s market. I have refunded the entire cost of the paint protection package to Mr*** directly and I have sent the entire cost of the Vehicle Service Agreement to Bank of *** Attached are the copies of the certified receipts showing both *** ** *** and Mr*** received the refunds. I did speak to Mr*** on Monday, July 18, 2016, and he left me two subsequent messages on July 19, and July 21, about his request for reimbursement and the repair of his bumper. I left two voice messages to Mr*** on July 19, and July 21, asking if we could get together to resolve the situation. I had arranged for the factory representative to come into the dealership on Friday, July 22, to physically look at his bumper. He did not call me back until July 25, 2016, wherein he stated he was a busy man and did not have time for this since he was workingHe stated he would never be coming back into the dealership and wanted nothing to do with Rohrich Toyota. He left me a subsequent message on July 26, asking about the refund checks that I was holding hoping to meet him in person to resolve the issue. At 5:pm July 26, 2016, I spoke with him and informed him that I was refunding checks via certified mail to him as well as *** ** ***. I also informed him that I would not be repairing his bumper. He stated he was accepting this and he just wanted his money back, as noted the return receipts show proof of delivery Sincerely, Mark P*** General Manager

Please let me begin by stating, I have never had the opportunity to personally meet with Mr*** to resolve the issue The following is a transcription of a voice message by Mr*** to me on July 18, 2016:"Good morning this is *** *** I am returning your call from Friday, um, about my Toyota Tacoma, um, you left a message I am at work I am kinda hard to reach but you can call me back at ###-###-#### Um, I can tell you this and if you want to call me a liar or whatever, that was a soft paint bubble that chipped off It wasn't there before I had that paint treatment or whatever you did as part of the paint protection package that you sold me that nothing seems to be covered on But, a whatever it is I just want my money back I'll live with the chip and um just make sure that I never come back and use your service again So please give me a call I want to know the details of the refund of my money ###-###-#### Thank you, bye."I spoke to him on July 18, after the voice message and he changed his mind about what he left on my voice mail and was asking for releases from Toyota, his bumper fixed and the refunds from the Signature Finish package and his warranty He also wanted a guarantee from Rohrich Toyota against any subsequent damage or defects As stated in my original response I did leave two messages asking if we could get together to resolve the situation I did inform him that I had the checks in my possession and that I had hoped to hand deliver to him upon our meeting I had made arrangements with the factory representative to meet him on July 22, However, he did not respond until July 25, wherein he stated he was busy and did not have time, which I do understandOn July 26th, he left me another voice message asking about the status of his refunds and an explanation of what was done to his vehicle I informed him I would send the refunds certified mail, which I did and he has received At that point since he had been reluctant to meet with me, I mailed his checks and would not be taking care of any repairs. Regarding his new demands, I will provide him with a document with what was done to the interior and exterior of his vehicle I will attempt to make arrangements with the Toyota Factory representative to meet with him and me, at a neutral Toyota dealership for the evaluation of the front bumper paint and steering wheel After the meeting with the Toyota representative, I will discuss with him the letter from Toyota that he is requiring. Mark P***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Again, I am rejecting this claim as it does not fairly meet my demands as an honest customer and Mr. P[redacted] wants to continue in a dishonest manner yet another attempt to exhonerate himself and his staff from their intentionally confusing, misleading, deceitful, unprofessional, dehumanizing manner they taken advantage of and treated me. Please refer to the attach CFPB claim for the loan at [redacted] Now again, in a continue effort as advised by an attorney, my vehicle has manufacture warranties which you are deliberately and falsely withholding from me. Without rehashing the deplorable behavior by your finance manager with the financing and the childish behavior and stifling manner I treated by your service representive I want my vehicle serviced by Toyota.  You will provide to me in writing what you applied to my vehicle, the method you applied the products to my vehicle and a certification from Toyota that my clear coat was not eradicated or my warranty was not voided in any manner by your attempt of providing an aftermarket paint protection package under misleading and explotive manner. You will provide a copy of the claim that your service representative said he submitted to Toyota from my visit on July 6, which I was told was denied.  And service records of my vehicle for the interior/exterior applications.  You will have the Toyota Representative contact me or provide me with the contact info to have this evaluated at a Toyota factory authorized service center other than Rohrich and your presence is not welcomed or desired. When you provide what is rightfully request by me the customer,  I want divorced of you, your staff, and Rohrich Toyota and do not want any further involvement or interference from you.  I do not your free oil and state inspections provide with the purchase my vehicle.  My vehicle seems to come back from your service with more damage and defects leaving the blame and burden of proof on me. Mr P[redacted] please be aware I have no respect, trust or confidence in you or your staff.  With absolute contempt I do not want to meet or speak with you or anyone from your staff.  Please convey those sediments to the Rohrich family. And please spare me of the insincere false pretense of acting like you were trying to resolve this problem favorably for me that your dishonesty and despicable practices manifested.  Obviously the deplorable, explotive, callous, dishonest, and unprofessional manner I have received from you and your staff is something that is obviously fostered and mentored by you.  Now if you have any moral fiber and decency which I have yet to see, you will turn over my concerns and service to Toyota and divorce you and your organization from my vehicle. Thank you.  The warranty scam[redacted] identifies two warranty scams that are fairly common. In the first, dealers hit you with a forced warranty for several thousand dollars that supposedly comes from the bank (it doesn’t). In the second system, a warranty is snuck into the terms of your deal so it inflates the monthly price. Forced warranties are illegal, so call the bluff and tell them you want to take it home and run through it with your attorney. The terms will change immediately.[redacted]Because you are at the mercy of the seller when it comes to how much extended warranties cost, it is pretty easy for a sales person to markup the warranty and make a nice profit. Some dealerships have even gone as far as selling virtually worthless off-brand warranties for astronomical prices as a way of making a buck. Before you agree to any extended warranty, do your homework. You can quickly go online to [redacted] and get quotes. Most dealers will try to sell you useless but highly profitable add-ons such as paint protection, fabric protection, VIN etching, undercoating, rust-proofing. Dealer tries to get a deposit to "hold" or find a car for you. This is usually done on high demand, low supply vehicles that are hard to find. The only time a dealer should legitimately ask for a deposit is if they're doing a dealer trade on your behalf. [redacted]

on April 20, 2017, we contacted the customer for his Visa card number so we could credit his card back.On April 20, 2017, we put the credit of $1000.00 back on Mr. [redacted]'s Visa card.We believe the situation has been resolved. If you have any further questions, please let me know. Thanks

July 21, 2016 [redacted] The Revdex.com 400 Holiday Drive, Suite 220 Pittsburgh, PA 15220 Customer Complaint #[redacted] To Whom It May Concern: Albert N[redacted] , our Sales Manager at Rohrich Toyota, spoke with [redacted] and he addressed his concerns.  Sue B[redacted], the (finance...

manager),  also, spoke with [redacted] and explained and listened to his concerns.  The result was that Al N[redacted] offered to provide one (1) full detail at no cost which is listed in his service record and can be used at any time during his ownership. The Certified Warranty Coverage was explained in full.  [redacted] seemed to be content with our conversation.  Al N[redacted] shook hands and assured continued customer service. I then reviewed the chain of events and I spoke to Mr. [redacted] at 6:23pm on July 25 and conveyed to him that we are also willing to reimburse one (1) monthly payment on his lease in the amount of $321.77 as a goodwill gesture for our lack of preparation and communication at his time of delivery. This along with the full detail that was provided during the conversation with Al N[redacted] was deemed satisfactory by both parties and we have closed the complaint. Sincerely, Mark P[redacted] General Manager

Mr. [redacted] did purchase a Camry from us on June 10, 2015. He did come back a few days later verbally stating that he wanted a remote start for free. We told him that it was not part of the deal however we would we would do it at our cost and he refused that offer. I have attached several repair...

orders from Mr. [redacted]'s service history. We would never deny a warranty repair if it is a valid repair. We are paid by Toyota to make any repair that falls under the factory warranty. It appears that the tabs were bent due to an attempted removal of the crossbar without use of the release key. I would be happy to meet with Mr. [redacted] to personally inspect his complaint. I have never met Mr. [redacted] and I would like to do so to resolve his issue if indeed it falls under the factory warranty guidelines.I am not sure about the meaning of another dealer verbally making statements about a price difference of $2000 the same day. He did take delivery from us at the purchase price listed in the complaint details.Thank you,Mark P[redacted]General Manager
