They put you through so many hoops and ignore you for months on time. I'm on my 17th email and 3 voice mails left to try and get warranty on a Salt cell that was 15 months old when I started this process.
100% Scam. Product failed shortly after 1 yr (like many other customers). Applied for warranty replacement but here is the real fraud. SWP base the replacement calculation on their high fake price, not the price they sell 100% of the time. Therefore if your product was purchased 2 years + 1 day or more ago your warranty replacement price is more than what you would pay as a new customer. Their 5 yr warranty is therefore meaningless and false advertisement. Avoid at all costs.
After many weeks from placing my order I have not only not received product but as it turns out like everyone else I can't seem to get ahold of any one. NOT responding to e-mail, phone calls, texts etc. Looks like I am out over $400 dollars unless my bank can help with the problem. Have also contacted the better business bureau, Anyone reading this don't order from this Co.
Hi We have had communication with the customer late last month and he kindly forwarded us some photos which we will be *** to this complaint. The problem is that the cracks have occurred from pressure, such as from a valve being switched off,and due to the excessive back
pressure it has totally cracked. Or alternatively it has simply been dropped. The cracks are not consist with defects in craftsmanship or workmanship from the manufacturer and they have declined the unit to be replaced under warranty. We are open to trying to work something out with the customer but this is the feedback with received from the manufacturer on this occasion.Thanks

We ordered in good faith off the internet. The product does not work, we have tried endless times to contact and speak to someone at no revail . We would like a full refund for a non working product.
