False advertising! Their ads show remodeled rooms and the ones they might put you in are NOT!!!
I booked at this place due to the fact of their advertising for this place. The place is in fact a dump and is not fit for the prices they charged me. The room they put me in is not updated and doesn't look anything like the rooms they are showing in the pics they put on the internet sites. The room I was put in has broken trim work, large paint chips, the tv didnt work, the blinds didnt work, the place smelled like they just sprayed it for roaches, the pics on line for the place show a swing set. Its not there. When we got there were rooms closed due to construction with construction debris piled up around the place. No word that they were up fitting though my wife asked about it and they said that they were only up fitting part of the complex and the area they put us in was not deemed for up fitting. The pics on line duped us and we got ripped off because they wouldn't refund us the money we spent for cancelling the next 2 days of the 3 we booked. This place is a dump! We got ripped off due to their false advertising. I've filed a complaint with the FTC and I WILL BE TAKING THIS COMPLAINT AS FAR AS NEEDED TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want this business to give me my money back for the 2 days I was charged for. The room was not as described by the photos on line! I was not aware of a no refund policy until we arrived! Your ad says "No Cancellation FEE" I cancelled the last 2 of the 3 days and was told "No Refund". False Advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We were here for at most two hours and turned the keys in and left. We went back the next day to get are refund and they told us no.
We checked in when we went in our room we were immediately discussed. The floors were filthy, the coffee pot was stained, there were roaches and bed bugs, the beds were the worst part, the sheets looked like they hadn't been washed. We stayed in that room for at most two hours and went down stairs and turned our keys in and when I said something about a refund the owner said " I will handle it in the morning". I came back the next morning to get my refund and the owners said they weren't giving me my money back.

Booked rooms with confirmation however on arrival told cancelled due to insufficient funds on my card. Bank confirmed total was withdrawn by hotel.
I had booked a room in person; provided debit card for payment and was given confirmation number. On day of arrival I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled due to insufficient funds. The manager there was unable to tell me when she had called or how many time she had called to try to confirm other payment methods. She actually was quite rude; despite letting her know that we had been coming there for over 30years for our annual family vacation. She simply stated that there was new management (i.e. herself). That day I had to book at another high priced hotel at last minute. On returning to home I checked with my bank and they confirmed that the total amount for the booked Oak Grove reservation was deducted. When I called the hotel about the matter; the stated that they had returned the full amount. Despite the return of the money, I was told a complete fabrication. My reservation was cancelled without anyone informing me and the excuse that was given for insuffienct funds was not the truth. I had to book at a mother hotel at last minute and spend higher rates. This is not good business practice.
Refund for the amount that I had to absorb for the last minute reservation at a different hotel.
