Review: I purchased a $99 GROUPON for 4 ultrasound liposuction treatments on 9/**/13. I made multiple calls and left multiple messages to Salud but was not able to get a call back and an appointment until 10/**/13. I was called the morning of my appointment by [redacted]at Salud to cancel the appt. I expressed being upset so she was able to "squeeze me in" for 10/**/13. I went for my appointment and had the first ultrasound liposuction treatment. The technician kept telling me that the treatment would not work unless I also did the mesotherapy treatments in conjunction with the ultrasound. The owner [redacted] informed me they were having a huge sale for 10 mesotherapy sessions for $400. Normally this was over $1500. I was not convinced but the Doctor offered to have me pay in 2 installments of $200 each. I paid $200 on 10/**. The Doctor told me I would be called on Monday 10/**for my appt since [redacted]was not there on 10/**. I did not get a call to schedule an appointment. I finally called on 10/**and was scheduled for 11/**. I went to Salud on 11/**and had my second ultrasound liposuction treatment and mesotherapy session. The injection for the mesotherapy was quite painful this time but I was assured this was "normal". I paid the 2nd $200 payment on 11/**. I scheduled my next appt for 11/**. That week I observed really dark bruises on the left side of my abdomen. It looked like bruising from surgery at the site of the mesotherapy injections. The morning of 11/9 I woke up with a fever. I called Salud numerous times but was not able to speak to a person. I left a voicemail and sent an email informing I was sick and asking to be called to schedule an appt for Monday 11/[redacted]at "anytime in the day or evening". I never received a call back. On 11/[redacted]/13 I called and left another voicemail asking for [redacted] to call me to discuss issues I was having with my services (inability to make an appointment) and with bruising from mesotherapy. I was finally able to reach [redacted] and I expressed my complaint that in 2 1/2 months I had only been able to have 2 treatments and this was proving to be a waste of my time since I was told by [redacted] that in order for the treatments to be successful they have to be weekly and consecutive for 10 weeks. [redacted]was sympathetic and told me that my work schedule was a "problem" because their available appointments are during the hours when I am working (I work from 10am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday). I asked [redacted]to inform the Doctor I wanted a refund. I was called back by [redacted]on 11/[redacted]and she informed that I would be getting a refund of my money paid. She asked me to provide my card information. I called and left her a voicemail with my card information. I called again on 11/[redacted]and 11/26 and [redacted]informed me both times that the doctor was no longer willing to refund my money because he initially thought I had paid $200, but now that he realized I paid $499 (including the $99 groupon) he would not agree to the refund. [redacted]informed that Doctor [redacted] told her that I signed Salud's contract informing that all services were "non-refundable". I called on 12/[redacted]and informed [redacted]that I wanted to speak to the Doctor because I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and to go to small claims court to seek help with getting my refund. I called Salud on 12/**and was finally able to speak to [redacted]. I expressed my concerns including the reason I no longer want to go to Salud being that their customer service is poor, and it is impossible to get an appointment in the manner needed for their treatments to work. I told him I would have gladly continued with the treatments if I had received appropriate customer service. The Doctor stated he would not refund my money because "one mesotherapy treatment alone is $250". I told him I was willing to accept $350 as a refund since I had 4 treatments out of the 14 purchased. The Doctor refused and stated that I was the one breaking the contract because they are "available every day to see clients and it is my schedule that is the problem". I informed the Doctor I was going to seek help from the Revdex.com and court. He told me I was entitled to do whatever I deemed appropriate. Then he encouraged me to call my bank and challenge the charges because he would also challenge them back.Desired Settlement: I would like $350 refunded out of the $500 I spent at Salud. I believe this is a fair refund since I had four treatments out of 14 purchased.

Review: Salud advertised their services in [redacted]. I purchased it sometime in last few weeks of August 2013. On September **, 2013, I was trying to call to set up an appointment. I called several times but nobody answers the phone. Finally, on October *, 2013, I was able to get hold of a lady from the other line.I told her I want to set up an appointment. She said she will call me back as to the available time. She called me back a few hours after and said the available slot is on October **, 2013 at 5 pm. So, on October **, 2013 at around 4:50 pm, I went there to be early for my schedule and presented the [redacted] voucher. The receptionist said that I do not have a schedule. I said how could that be, the lady I spoke with said that this is my schedule. I did not choose it. She chose it. The receptionist said that most likely she was the one I spoke with over the phone since she is the one handling the schedule. She have no records in the computer or notebook that she scheduled me for that appointment. She told me to sit and wait for a bit and I will be accommodated. I waited for an hour and a half. Afterwards, she said I will be the next person after the lady that went in for the [redacted] treatment. As I was waiting on the reception area, other customers also started to come in but I came ahead of them. After a few minutes, she called me again and said I cannot be seen and I have to reschedule an appointment. I told her I took the later part of the day off from my job just so I can come to my schedule. It was not my fault that they were very disorganized and failed to put my name in. They should have made adjustments or accommodations because some people take the time to come to their office to avail their services. Without batting an eyelash, she did not apologize and firmly said I can only schedule you on November **, 2013. I said no. I am very busy, if this was an inconvenience for me they should accommodate me on the day that I am available. She just said no without even apologizing as if it was my fault or I am making up a story that I was suppose to be scheduled for that day. I just think that they are very unprofessional and disorganized in handling their services. I told her that I want a refund. She said I have to call [redacted] but when I checked my account, they already put it as claimed service during the time that I was waiting for an hour and a half in their reception area. I checked out [redacted] and apparently, my experience was not exceptionally rare. Two other ladies who went there sometime this year also had the same bad experience. I really think that they should not be posting their services in [redacted] if they are not willing to accommodate these customers because they are using the publicity but then they cannot carry out the services. They are out for people's money.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded and an apology letter from the owner for such a bad service and inconvenience that they did to me. It cost me hours and money from my job just so I can comply with the schedule that they gave me. Also, I think the business bureau should flag this business for their fishy transactions and services. I was not the first person they did this to.
