Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below My complaint had nothing to do with us not closing a lead, they are not addressing the issues that we have presented to them I have all of our emails, the testimony of our Vice President, and detailed documentation of my attempts to reach Executive Franchises I do not wish to share all of our emails at this time, as if we are not satisfied, we will consider litigation if necessary and they will be discoverable at that time The only resolution that will satisfy our complaint will be for Executive Franchises to dissolve the invoice, as Executive Franchises did not abide by our agreement Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Executive Franchise Leads claims that they have resolved the issue with me That is extremely far from the truth I have emailed them with my understanding of the original offer they made to us and they have yet to respond to my email The original offer of their sales rep, which I have in writing, was to offer leads for $ Even when we questioned that offer, the sales rep never responded or clarified I have pointed this out to the person who is now "working" with me on my case Also, none of the leads they have provided have any of the qualifications that they promised they would provide They don't even come through in the originally promised format when they are sent The company never responded to our questions and communication as we tried to contact these leads, and especially when we started being charged these amounts that we didn't expect and that we were not told about I have asked for my $2700, that never should have been charged, to be refunded, and they have ignored that request as well as ignoring my email explanation of how we were promised things that were never delivered They have yet to deliver ONE qualified lead Their argument is that their definition of a qualified lead and our definition is different They claim that it's our salesman's fault, that he must not be contacting them in the right way or isn't able to close Most all of the leads have never even answered their phone or email, and when they finally do, NONE of them have had the capital that they supposedly said they have, or they are surprised to get a call and say they never put their name into a system It makes me wonder if Executive Franchise Leads is just making up names and passing them on, or bought a list from somewhere with people's information This issue has absolutely NOT been resolved with meRegards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. After several calls with *** I was assured that the leads would be verified and actually called since so many were not valid. In addition I requested credit on all of them as well but was still billed. I have reached out to several people in their organization and was still billed for these leads. When I was first approached by this company they assured me that these would be qualified leads that were interested in a Bar Louie franchise. This was not the case and most could not have even qualified financially. I believe they have misrepresented themselves from what they assured would be qualified candidate leads. A sister company of ours Johnny Rockets has also terminated them.
Regards,
*** ***

Executive Franchise Leads claims that they have resolved the issue with me.  That is extremely far from the truth.  I have emailed them with my understanding of the original offer they made to us and they have yet to respond to my email.  The original offer of their sales rep, which I have in writing, was to offer 15 leads for $1.  Even when we questioned that offer, the sales rep never responded or clarified.  I have pointed this out to the person who is now "working" with me on my case.  Also, none of the leads they have provided have any of the qualifications that they promised they would provide.  They don't even come through in the originally promised format when they are sent.  The company never responded to our questions and communication as we tried to contact these leads, and especially when we started being charged these amounts that we didn't expect and that we were not told about.  I  have asked for my $2700, that never should have been charged, to be refunded, and they have ignored that request as well as ignoring my email explanation of how we were promised things that were never delivered.  They have yet to deliver ONE qualified lead.  Their argument is that their definition of a qualified lead and our definition is different.  They claim that it's our salesman's fault, that he must not be contacting them in the right way or isn't able to close.  Most all of the leads have never even answered their phone or email, and when they finally do,  NONE of them have had the capital that they supposedly said they have, or they are surprised to get a call and say they never put their name into a system.  It makes me wonder if Executive Franchise Leads is just making up names and passing them on, or bought a list from somewhere with people's information.  This issue has absolutely NOT been resolved with me. Regards,

Our agreed upon campaign terms and conditions are as follows:Terms & Notes: Targeted phone verified lead generation program including liquid capital and geography filters. After initial prepayment of $1 leads will be billed at a discounted rate of $45 ea., to credit card on file, at the end of the month in which they’re delivered. Non qualified leads may be returned for replacement to [email protected]. Program may be cancelled with 10 days written notice. Sub Zero will be included in our “Live Call Transfer” program at no additional charge. We do believe that some of the confusion related to this matter was due to the president of the company have the salesperson sign up for the service. We stand committed to helping the client succeed and per our agreed upon arrangement we will continue to replace the leads they deem invalid at no additional charge. Growing a franchise is challenging and expensive. We are dedicated to providing our expertise to help the client achieve success with their campaign.
