Review: My issue is about salu med over charging me extra money I have [redacted] and [redacted] so on February **,2015 I put in a prescription that I get every month and salu med tells me that insurance only pays a certain amount and that if I wanted the medication I would have to pay $15.00 more plus the copay so I paid it because I needed it paid with a debit card they only gave me a recipt for the copay not the $15.00 I paid them. I let it slide then yesterday which was 3/**/2015 my wife took a prescription for same medicine in and they claim that the medication went up again and this time the cost would be $40.00 on top of co-pay so my wife agreed to pay it and paid it with her debit card they refused to give her a recipt again so when she questioned them about it the pharmacist got very angry and said that he gets a shipment from [redacted] and that the insurance doesn't pay for the shipping and handling fees so that's why they charging me and if I didn't like that I can give him back the medicine and take the script somewhere else so I called my insurance and they said that because I'm on a low subsidy income the most I should be paying is $ 3.60 no matter what.and about 3months ago they shorted me pills and I had to wait like 2 days when they realized it was a error also when the insurance company called them they said I did not pay them extra money but I have the proof from my bank that actually I did . They are scamming and I want them to pay me back my money god only knows how many other customers they are doing this to and don't even know.please help me stop these scam artistsDesired Settlement: I want my money back and I want a investigation done on this pharmacy because it shouldn't be going on in the first place and I am sure they are doing it to alot of people
