I recently purchased a Salus Marine infant life vest from a local retailerI later noticed that there was a hole in the vest, not a very large hole but a hole nonethelessI went to the store of purchase and was told that Salus Marine does not let them accept or exchange damaged items and that they prefer to deal with the customer directlyI had no problem with this and promptly called Salus Marine directlyI spoke briefly with *** in Customer Service who then instructed me to email her picturesA week and emails later she agreed to send FedEx to pick it up and send it out to be repairedI attached a note to the vest so there would be no confusion as to what was wrong with the vest or where the hole wasAnother week after sending out the life vest it came back to meIt was not repairedThey had simply removed the note, repackaged the vest and sent it back to meThat day I called Salus Marine and left a message on the Owners, *** ***, voicemail explaining the situati
