Briggman LLC (crowdfundingpr.org) provides advertising services to crowdfunding campaigns. I had a *** campaign running and to boost it, I got a silver service ($50) from Crowdfundingpr.org 5 days to end of my campaign and I mentioned the time urgency to him. He was supposed to publish PR and tweet to his 3 accounts. After he received my payment, he stopped responding to my emails. He didn't tweet my campaign on his *** accounts until I compailned to *** about his service. Finally, on the night before end of my campaign, he started tweeting which was too late and even I didn't get a sngle click from his late tweets. I complained to him asking for full or partial refund of my money and he didn't respond. I complained to *** and they couldn't reach any decision. I am asking Revdex.com to help me get full or partial refund from Briggman LLC due to his late services.

This customer submitted a dispute on *** for this transaction after we rendered services. We provided evidence to *** and *** ruled in our favor. "This claim has been decided in your favor."We rendered the services to the customer. We also send a report to this customer. We operate during standard business hours. It takes time for us to process a request. We do not state a set timeframe regarding our services. We rendered these while his campaign was live.The customer's expectations were unreasonable given the weekend and the time it takes to send out a press release to all of the syndication networks. Despite that, we did fulfill on the promised deliverables and also included a report for him to see the results. We attached screenshots for further evidence .

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***. Please add your rejection comments below. Briggman LLC, as a crowdfunding service provider should know that *** campaigns are time sensitive and the fact that Briggman LLC states that "We do not state a set timeframe regarding our services" indicates a bad business practice. Also, if that's the case, they should clearly state it on their website before accepting the payment. Here is the website link: ***My main complain is regarding the late tweets he promised as part of his services. I've attached the required documents showing the payment receipt and communications between me and *** as following:1- On Dec. 7, Briggman LLC receives my payment and I sent him the text of tweets that he needed (email is attached). He simply needed to copy paste those texts to his tweet accounts.2. He acknowledges the payment receipt on Dec. 8 (email is attached) and promises to have an update shortly...I don't hear from him since then...3- On Dec. 9, I asked for the refund of my money since he didn't publish the tweets. I don't hear from him again. Also, please note that he is on *** all day including weekends and tweets every few hours. Please check his *** accounts @Crowdfundingpr_ @crowdcrux4- On Dec. 11, I complained to *** due to lack of response from Briggman LLC and finally he tweets to his accounts at 7:32 pm same day (only 15 hours to end of my campaign) based on the attached email he sent.This clearly shows a poor customer service and bad business practice. The question is why he should wait until a customer complains to a third party and then he delivers the promised services? Also, I asked him for a refund before he delivers his service expressing my dissatisfaction with his service. As a final request, I think refunding 50% of my payment is more than fair considering all the circumstances.

Payment confirmation was sent on Friday 12/8/2017. The press release was then submitted to be syndicated and the *** was added to the queue. It takes time for a news release to be distributed and scheduled, which is standard for any press release. The weekend then occurred. On Monday, 12/11/2017, the update was provided regarding the report and Tweets (attached in previous email). This is two business days. We can refund 20% of the payment promptly via ***.

As I stated, my main complain is about you tweeting at the final hours of my campaign. As you know better, tweeting to the *** accounts doesn't take any time since I provided the text and everything you needed for tweeting (See attached email dated Dec. 7).You just needed to copy paste them, that was it! Also, you need to create a trust between you and your customers with proper communication and not leaving them in limbo for several days after you received the payment. 50% refund of payment is fair and I cannot go lower than it.
