On March 19th 2015, at 4:25PM I deposited $1500 using the credit card
of my partner by name Emmanuel Y Amankwaah who was then in Ghana,
with the helped of my sales representative on phone from Salvage
Drive office in New York, United States by name NONNA FISHER. This
initial payment of $1500 was to enable me stand the chance to BID OR
BUY NOW any auction car of my choice. Initially I won a bid of an
auction 2005 Toyota Corolla which cost me $5,129. After I won this
car, as a buyer of Salvage Drive, Nonna Fisher, my sales
representative kept the car in their garage before I arranged for it
shipment to Ghana. The first car I bought from Salvage Drive,
motivated me to buy another one which has ended me into this problem
I am about to tell your good office.

Please Sir/Madam, Nonna Fisher, who was my sales representative in
the company Salvage Drive and act on my behalf in all my calls,
discussion on my final budget for any auction car I want to bid or
buy now is said to have left the Salvage Drive without informing me.

I want your good office to implicate her to assist you in your
investigation now because, I had her personal cell phone number but
anytime I call her no respond, but I gave her number to my partner
who has done all the transaction, using his account and credit card
since he is in the United State to call and she picked it and told
my partner by name Emmanuel Amankwaah that he is no more with
Salvage Drive. Why is she not picking my calls leave a lot to be
desire?

the chance to bid any car of my choice. I saw 2005 Toyota Corolla as

Immediately this email dropped, because the car would be sold for
$1,800, my initial $1,500 I deposited into my Salvage Drive account
was deducted and an invoice was send into my Salvage Drive purchase
account in pdf which I have with me now

I had a good news by email by the account section congratulating me
of winning the BUY NOW 2005 Toyota Corolla and have three days to
pay for the balance of $1,410 which include ESTIMATED In-Land
trasportation (Auction to Port) $250 and Ocean Frieght (USA Port to
International Port) $800, and document fee of $60. When you add my
initial deposit of $1,500 plus the $1,410, as the balance, it amount
to $2,910

Immediately I had the email, I gave my partner the order to pay the
balance of $1,410 into Salvage Drive Bank account on my behalf and
he did it.

I later called their office number 0013474921727 to know if the
transfer has hit Salvage Drive account and I was told yes, by a
staff and they are processing the 2005 Toyota Corolla for it
shipment to Ghana port, Tema. This was verbal on Phone.

Drive Refund request page in my Salvage Drive account page so that
$2,910 will be pay into my Ghana Ecobank Account.

Since then, I never here from Salvage Drive again, until I had a
verbal call from a staff that he has see all my emails and they are
sorry and my refund will pay into my account I submitted on 15th of
march 2016. I asked him on the phone if the refund is not pay by
15/03/2016, what should do and he said I called the office number.
Since that time I have not here from Salvage Drive again. I have
call numerous times and send several emails to no avai

Review: I initially contacted SalvageDrive.com in December 2014 to assist me with the purchase of a salvage/used Jeep Compass. [redacted] was the agent who assisted with the purchase and after losing the bid on one car, we were successful on the purchase of a 2010 White Jeep Compass. I wired them $7,294 on 12/05/2014 which they received on 12/08/2014. I had also charged $1,200 on 12/03/2013 to my credit card to have reserve funds to allow me to bid cars. Once I was informed that we did not win the 1st car bid, I asked [redacted] that I wanted a refund on my credit card but he should keep the $7,294 until we secure a car. We finally purchased a 2010 Jeep Compass from Louisiana on 12/19/2014 for $4,799 leaving me with a balance of $2,495. [redacted] promised that all refunds would be initiated before the end of 12/2014. On December 29th, I emailed [redacted] to tell him that my credit card had still not been refunded although he had emailed me on 12/11/2014 to inform me that the refund process should take 3-5 business days. After multiple emails and phone calls that were not always answered and me having to pay ($85.22 in interest), my credit card was finally refunded on 02/20/2015 for $1,154 instead of the $1,200 (-$46). I gave Salvage Drive an ultimatum to provide me with my cash refund by 04/15/2015 or I would have to file a complaint against them. I finally received an email on 04/17/2015 to ask me for bank information. I am still waiting for my refund and no one will return my emails or phone calls to let me know what the status of my $2,495 cash refund is.Desired Settlement: I need to be refunded my $2,495 ASAP. I need the money to fix the car that was purchased back in December 2014.

Review: I helped a friend who resides in Nigeria pay for a vehicle that has never been delivered. I made the payment of $5799 on 06/01/2015 via wire transfer from my Chase bank account to which I received acknowledgement. Salvage Drive was meant to provide me with instructions on how to ship the vehicle to Nigeria since then but they have never got back to me till this day. I have called them several times without any response. Sent several e-mails that were never replied to.

My friend in Nigeria has also done the same but no positive outcome.

About 4 weeks ago, I got a call from a lady ([redacted]) who we had been dealing with and she told me she would call me before the end of that day to give instructions on next steps, but she never called back.

On July 2, she also e-mailed my friend as told him that she would provide details of next steps by Monday, 07/06 but she hadn't contacted him or me since then. I have no doubt this is a scam.

I contacted my bank to reverse the payment but the request was declined by the beneficiary's bank "due to insufficient funds in the customer's account". My friend made a refund request through his salvage drive (www.salvagedrive.com) account but the request was neither acknowledged nor granted

This has been a very painful experience for my friend and I and I would be delighted to have the owners of this company pay for their fraudulent practiceDesired Settlement: Refund my payment of $5799 and the $25 wire transfer charges, and alert would be victims to dangers of doing business with this company
